We got nachos with chicken, taco combo with fish, shrimp and steak, tuna with crispy nori and pork skewers. The skewers were so tender and juicy. I loved the teriyaki based sauce. The nori with tuna was so refreshing, a little salty from the soy sauce but the tuna just melted in your mouth. The nori provided the perfect texture. The tacos were really good, fresh, good flavor. The star of the show was the nachos. The chips were thick, fresh, and just to die for. I could a million of those. Cabo owes me nothing, I had the best time with amazing food. You can look one way to see the lit up city and the other way to see the beach. We just got drinks as we had dinner reservations but we really enjoyed them. My espresso martini was made very well. There was a man cooking on a tepanyaki grill outside and it smelled heavenly. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I'm honestly not sure why this place has bad reviews. One previous review said there was a $50 USD spend per person. We did not have that enforced upon us. It was my 50th birthday, and my boyfriend had reserved Rooftop 360 for a special sunset dinner at 6 PM. We made the reservation well in advance of our trip to Cabo and even received a confirmation email the day before, confirming the time and date. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that a wedding was taking place and our reservation had been canceled--without any prior notice. We had planned our entire day around this dinner specifically to enjoy the sunset, so this was a major disappointment. As a gesture, the manager offered us a complimentary margarita in the lobby, which was unfortunately subpar. We decided to stay anyway since our evening was already planned around this dinner. We proceeded upstairs, but both the food and drinks were mediocre at best. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing for such an important occasion. Regardless of third-party reservation systems, guests should be notified and properly accommodated--especially when plans are confirmed in advance. We will not be returning to this bar. read more

We made a 830PM reservation for Thursday night using Open Table. The rooftop is part of the Corazon Cabo hotel. Upon arrival hostess said our table was not ready but did not accept our phone number or provide a pager. We grabbed two coctails at the bar , Black Barrel and Carijillo Kiss and walked around the sea side portion of the rooftop. Many of the resorts were having firework displays that evening .After we realized it was 930 we sought out the hostess. We waited another ten minutes to be seated. The next round of coctails were served in 24 ounce plastic cups for the same price as the 12 ounce coctails. The server informed us the kitchen and sushi was very behind in service so we decided on the 360 nachos with shredded chicken. The nachos arrived really quick and each layer was loaded with delicious guacamole jalepeno sour cream and chicken. We stayed for an hour and enjoyed the DJ and stunning views. I think the rooftop experience would have been much more enjoyable if the table wait was reasonable and not exceeding one hour. read more

They were very accommodating and allowed us to move tables to a better spot when one opened up. Of course, expect a lot of 'selfies' being taken at sunset overlooking the view. A friend and I were visiting from NYC and staying in an Airbnb. We knew we wanted to find a rooftop with great views and heat lamps (because it was oddly cold for Feb). Rooftop 360 does not disappoint! There are plenty of heat lamps everywhere, and blankets on several of the chairs in case you get cold. Not sure how sanitary that is but I was not arguing. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. We did not get any food, but we highly recommend the Black Bourbon and the Spa Colada. Those easily became our go-to drinks. The view is unmatched and depending on the night, you'll also have a DJ to pump up the vibes. I'd highly recommend visiting, especially if you want a chill vibe. read more

We arrived around 1PM on a Monday and there was a very small crowd around the pool and hardly anyone at the bar. It was a group of 8 of us and we were seated quickly. The ambiance and aesthetics were beautiful! There was an amazing infinity pool that over looked the coastline and it was stunning! It did start to shower on us while we ordered so we had to move from our table to the bar and there was plenty of space for us. Around the group we tried various different small bites from their lunch menu. Amongst my boyfriend and I, we tried the cheeseburger sliders, the short rib, and salmon sushi with a bottle of water. We both really enjoyed our food, 7/10! The lunch menu was moderately priced and for our 3 small bites and water we spent $55.00USD+tip!
