I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to Uno Mas. Although I have visited Cabo San Lucas six times in recent years, I have never experienced the level of disrespect I encountered from two of your bartenders. Despite sitting at the bar for over10 minutes, I was ignored by two staff members standing only feet away from me. I was only served after expressing my frustration to the patron sitting next to me, who then stepped in to get the bartenders' attention. As a hospitality professional with over 32 years of experience, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. While the drinks were satisfactory, your staff requires immediate training on customer service and equal treatment of all guests, regardless of appearance. I value my time in Cabo San Lucas and visit frequently, but due to this experience, I will not be returning to your establishment. read more

Small hole in the wall outdoor bar in the shopping area off the main Cabo corridor. I wasn't impressed with the drinks. Yes they are freshly squeezed, however two house margaritas cost $11 USA dollars not a bargain by any means. The drinks are strong and the bar stools were alll filled up with well socially lubricated Boomers that were having the time of their lives. Bottom line drinks are strong but the price and vibe wasn't for me. I would sugggest walking few blocks north into main part of town were drink deals are better. read more

Super cool bar off the Main Street with just a handful of outdoor seats. There is a nice breeze to keep you cool on the warm days. Been there twice and bar had a full house both times. We were able to squeeze a couple chairs and enjoyed watching the bartenders whip up various drinks. Great spot for a mid day recharge. read more

" Miguel & Kevin Made Our Visit Great " We went to Cabo San Lucas again and visited the Uno Mas Bar for some laughs, food, and some great cocktails and Beers. I had contacted the Uno Mas Owner Gina, letting her know that we would be coming to her Bar again from a cruise ship. Gina had Miguel her main Bar Tender save 2 seats for us as we enjoyed talking and laughing with Miguel. A few hours after the Bar opened Kevin a young Bar helper to Miguel came in to work. Kevin was very nice and made us some great drinks also. As we always do, we ordered some good Mexican food from the near by Canela Mexican Restaurant, and it was very good. Stopped by here on a whim today and stumbled onto THE BEST bar we've been to in all Cabo San Lucas! Hands down! Miguel and Kebin were totally hospitable but that's not even close to the best part. THE DRINKS! I ordered a greyhound and watched Miguel grab three fresh grapefruits and squeeze them fresh right before my eyes. And he didn't skimp on the vodka either. I can honestly say it was the best drink I've had in a long time - if not ever! My husband had the margarita said the same thing about his. Best margarita ever. So fresh. If you're young, you'll probably like this place. Middle-aged and up, not so much. Margaritas were great, with a very good amount of alcohol. (EVERY drink is tested by the bartender! He sticks a clean straw in each drink, plugs the open end with his finger, and then puts the bottom of the straw in his mouth... and swallows! I know it's not much, but he has to do this hundreds of times a day. I told him I'd be on my butt by 3pm, he chuckled and said, "I'm a professional."). ) Anyway, the margaritas should have been good because they weren't cheap. I was expecting a bar inside a building, but this is just a bar, outside, in the back of a little shopping area. It is covered and of course the weather is always pretty nice, so that's not an issue. Such a cute bar! There's only enough room and stools for 10 people tops. The bartender was great, very fun and entertaining. Although this bar is just a random tiki-esque bar located outside, they have their own bathrooms! One for men and another for women. Both are extremely clean! It's difficult to find a clean restroom in downtown Cabo so this was a nice perk! Great place to meet other vacationers. Though it's in downtown Cabo, it is a bit detached from everything else, it was a tad sketchy in that sense. Nonetheless, the drinks were strong, we met some really great people and we had a chance to get away from all the crazy hustle and bustle from the clubs and loud music of downtown Cabo. I don't recall exactly the drink... But it's kind of their signature drink, orange juice, tequila, lime and a few other ingredients. Give it a try, it was amazing! read more

First, the bartender we had each time, Miguel, has been friendly and super professional. Next, they use TONS of fresh fruit in their drinks. I was amazed, my wife and my buddies wife orderd a couple of different types of fru-fru drinks and each time he used fresh fruit in their drinks. That is high quality bartending right there. Plus he always makes extra and tops off thier glasses. The beer is cold and cheap. Nothing else I can add to that. When your in Cabo stop bye! It's a must. P.S.
