After the work was completed, the gutter fell off because it was poorly installed, and despite repeated requests, they never fixed it. Additionally, I've been asking for weeks to see the permit for the work, but the contractor continues to claim that it wasn't permitted, and hasn't provided any proof. I have been reaching out daily for over three weeks, but the contractor has stopped responding to my calls and messages. Extremely unprofessional service, and I do not recommend this company.

I asked the gentleman that answered if he could come to my location to give me an estimate for fixing the cracks in my stucco on my home. I told him that I lived in Lehigh Acres. He was willing to come. He came with his wife on the following Sunday as it was Father's Day 15th June. On June 17th I got an email stating that the cost would be $1000. I told home that was way to much and asked if he could do just the worst area. They refigured the estimate and it was $385. I agreed to pay that amount. On June 26 I paid him half of what the amount of $192.50. I trusted him as he was a veteran, as I am a veteran as well as a wife to a deceased veteran. Thought that he was trust worthy. I received an email stating he was coming to my residence on the 30th of June and this was the 29th of June. I told him I wasn't going to be here as I have an appointment. I also gave him the days that I will not be home 9th, 15th, 16th July. I get a text message that he came to my residence on the 25 to do the work but I never got a email confirming he was coming. The wife never told him or I. So now that he knows the days I won't be home. I waited till the 22 of July to call him to find out if I was put on the schedule at some time. I was informed that he was going out of town that day for a job and wouldn't be back till late Saturday. I said ok. Can we schedule it for next week which was set for 9 on Tuesday the 29th of July. Well the 29th came and went and this is Wednesday the 30th of July. NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT NOTHING. He took my money as far as I'm concerned he stole from a senior citizen ME. On the first…read moreday of work, they cut my internet cable, denied doing so, and attempted to reconnect it using electrical tape. This did not restore service, and I had to call Xfinity to properly fix the issue. The owner was notified and did not respond. They also damaged the house number and claimed it was already damaged. In addition, they failed to paint the shed, did not reinstall the window shutters that were removed for the job, and left cut plants without cleanup. To make matters worse, the owner arrived around 7:00 a.m. to collect payment while I was getting ready for work, which I found unprofessional. Overall, the quality of work, communication, and professionalism did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.

I agreed to sign with him. He was reasonable and stood by his word of having this home show ready. He checked on the progress of his workers regularly and then offered to paint the inside at another reasonable price. The work took a little longer, but it was not a rush job. I am someone who wants it done right the first time and not a shotty job completed in a few days. It was worth the extra time. Mind you, each of the rooms were a different color, so it took a little longer. And, in order to sell it, I wanted it show ready in one neutral color. My real estate agent was impressed with his work and the extra time that was put in getting it ready. AWESOME JOB!
