They checked the codes here for the design. They may have been in business for 21 years but like a local surgeon stated " you're only as good as your last case. That rank a zero.

Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement. Exact did my install over two years ago and can't tell you how happy I am that I chose them for my solar system. FIRST CLASS!!!!

My Sunnova solar account was bought out by Sunstrong management in late 2025...and they are…read moreabsolutely the worst company I have come in contact with. Sunnova was very responsive to any calls for technical problems and monitored my system and contacted me if my production was low. Not the same with Sunstrong: no monitoring and when you have an issue it's EXTREMELY difficult to get through on the phone. One of my inverters stopped working and finally a technician came out on July 8th and discovered at least 7 panels were broken. He advised that Sunstrong would have to source replacement panels and I would be contacted to set up a replacement time. This was over 45 days ago!!!! I called to inquire and was told they are still working on it. I asked what are they going to do about refunding my lease payments for a non functioning system and was told that the production warranties that I had with Sunnova did not roll over to Sunstrong. It seems that on Aug 20th panels have been located...lets see how long it takes for a technician to arrive and replace them!!! I also checked this company out on the BBB and found out they have a D- rating with over 1250 BBB complaints.
