Meet the Business Owner: Tom N.

Tom was trained by the soft washing guru himself, AC Lockyer, the founder of this alternative exterior cleaning method. A horticulturist, AC looked at the problem of unsightly green and black streaking on roofs and buildings in a different way, beyond traditional pressure washing. AC knew that the bacteria, viruses, germs, mold, moss, slime, lichen, insects, fungi and algae causing this streaking — what we call a biomass — were more closely associated with an infection than a stain, and wanted to create a solution that would be safe for the environment.
