The space was completely transformed. It no longer feels like a basement bedroom, but rather a true extension of our home. It feels warm, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized. They came out in October to give me an estimate and I had to keep rescheduling them for months until the plumbing was resolved. I got two other quotes that were both over double what Sure Kleen quoted. Every time I called to reschedule they got me in within 48 hours. They were finally able to complete the job in January. I was expecting to pay more because there was more water coming in every day and there was definitely more damage than when they originally came in. From Mandy in the office to Vince in scheduling to AJ doing the actual job and Elijah picking up the equipment and doing the final readings, I have had the most exceptional service. The job ended up taking two days and they were just perfect in every way. I will use them again when I'm ready to get my drywall and floors replaced without a thought.
