Today, I had drawn the lay-out with chalk showing how the built in was going to be laid out. Tieler asked to look at the engineering drawings and noticed that I didn't take into account the auto filler! This made my chalk layout off by six inches! As the work started, it turned out that a couple of pipes from the build were not well located. Change order was reasonable, but could have been avoided if proper information had been available.
