They have a seating area that was comfortable seeing it was not crowded. We went around 1130 . My complaint is I paid 25.85 for 2 meats and didn't get but one. I have been coming to Roland Webb for years. Today was my most disappointing experience as the ribs taste like lighter fluid. I had been waiting on this establishment to reopen because I always loved the brisket. I went Friday and ordered 2 brisket dinners, a rib dinner and a rib sandwich. I waited over an hour. I finally received my food and headed home. I open the brisket and it was loaded but the slices were mainly just fat and the pieces that weren't were as tough as leather. The rib dinner consisted of burnt pieces but the were placed in the container so I didn't notice until I got home. Needless to say this was a waste. Omgoodness is all I can say, tried the fat box today with beef ribs, chicken wings, and Mac n cheese. My cousin brought me here and we got our food to go. The establishment seems pretty busy and I can see why. The food did NOT disappoint the Mac n cheese was on point flavor, texture, cheesy creaminess and all. I ordered the family rack of ribs and the sliced portion of brisket which I thought both were a little pricey. The ribs had a good flavor but they were so tough. I ended up giving most of my ribs to my dog because they were too chewy. The brisket was a little tough but better than the ribs. Brisket didn't have any bark which I like. The mac n cheese is nothing to write home about and the greens were flavorful. The cornbread is the best thing I tasted. I, then attempted to order online but got an "online ordering unavailable" error message. When I called back I was told to come in and place an order because online ordering cuts off after a specific time.. given the run around. Got ribs without sauce and string (green) beans because I'm on keto and you can't be sure with collard greens in this area-- they might have sugar on them. Basic meal: I paid $18 for a half slab and a small side and I'm pretty satisfied with the value. The ribs are some of the best I've had in the DMV area. Without sauce they were tasty and palatable unlike most other local places. The first time I went there I saw customers patiently standing in a line that stretched from one end of the business to the other, some were sitting at the picnic tables on the side, and others were waiting in their cars. The $8 Fat Box comes with 2 big pork ribs, 2 fried chicken wings, a choice of one side (collards for me) and corn bread. I added the mac n cheese as a 2nd side for $3. I was thoroughly satisfied with my meal, for $11-12 I was absolutely stuffed. The spot was pretty crowded so there was a bit of a line and we then waited about 10 minutes to receive our food -- but let me say, the wait is worth it!
