From our very first…read moreconversation I felt that I could trust her on my(in the end, pretty quick) journey to homeownership and that she really cared about getting me into a place that I loved. She is extremely proactive/communicative, an experienced Seattle local with a lot of love for the city and it's communities (and an extensive/great network of recommendations and contacts for other parts of the process as a result!), and spent lots of time helping fill in my gaps on what the home-buying process would be like. She's worth her weight in gold! I would recommend her to anyone in Seattle shopping for a home, and the next time I am in the market I know I'll be in great hands.

Early on, she sat down with me over coffee and asked thoughtful questions about my taste, my goals, and how I think through decisions. That made a huge difference. She took everything I threw at her and turned it into focused searches that actually made my part of the process enjoyable. She was always available to check out a place (even offering to revisit spots, if I needed a second look), and I never felt like I was asking for too much. There were even times I went rogue and found listings outside of her searches. Instead of shutting it down, she let me explore, and figure out for myself why they weren't the right fit. That balance of giving me space while also stepping in when I was stuck or overthinking was exactly what I needed. Her energy, communication, and follow-up kept me engaged without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. I was honestly worried I'd be wasting her time if I wasn't fully "ready," but she met me where I was and guided me forward. She also shared a ton of knowledge throughout the process, which made me feel confident that every decision I made was informed. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and far less stressful than I expected. I'm still a little shocked at how smooth the whole experience was and how perfect of a house we found. Thank you, Carrie, for helping me find my home.

She's super smart, knows the Seattle market inside and out, and is an absolute pro at negotiating. She always had my back and was thinking many steps ahead to ensure the best possible outcome. What really stood out was how much she did beyond the typical find a house and write an offer role. Before I sold, she helped find and manage the contractors/subs as part of a remodel and made sure the final staging was fantastic, which ensured the best possible sales outcome in a really complex and fast-paced market. Nicole is responsive, practical, strategic, and genuinely fun to work with. Buying and selling a house is a lot, but having someone this capable in your corner makes a huge difference. I cannot recommend her more highly - especially if you're buying or selling in Seattle. She's awesome.

She walked the space, created the exact list of everything we needed to do to get the house dialed in for the market. And this is where it gets really great! She hired/managed all the subs. All of them: Inspections, painters, landscapers, flooring etc., cleaning, marketing. She staged it beautifully. She sold it in less than a week with multiple offers. Honestly, we didn't have to do anything at all, except trust her process and empower her to execute the vision. I can't imagine a more deluxe sales experience. Her approach bypasses the emotional load of critical decision making, and sourcing/managing subs (which can be quite hard to get done quickly without contacts/relationships). 10/10

Alec made it clear he had our back in each circumstance. He worked with me to find the best home for my family, make an incredible offer and negotiated the waters as we underwent our first home buying experience. This year it was time to move on, and we reached out to Alec again. This time he brought market advice, a bench of professionals to help us finish some last minute repairs and dedication as the market got wonky. We had exactly 4 days to look at places since we were relocating from out of state and we looked at several dozen spaces together in that span of time. In that time, he found us the place that matched our personalities perfectly. Now, you may think that the love affair ended there but, no. He and his team have continued to provide excellent support after closing, even going so far as to do walkthroughs with the developer via video chat. Ryan and Alex struck that right balance between easygoing and professional. To put it simply, they are great people and great at what they do. I overwhelmingly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Another thing I would like to call out is that the transaction was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have done multiple real estate transactions during my lifetime and Ryan is the most trustable and professional I have worked with so far. Highly recommended!

We would strongly recommend Matt to our friends and family in the area…read more We met with several realtors before choosing to work with Matthew to sell our home in Bellevue, WA. Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Matt was upfront about whether he thought each suggested improvement would pay for itself, and actively advised against changes other realtors had suggested that he didn't think were worth it. He was always clear that it was our decision and also happily accommodated us doing some of the work ourselves. Because of his and his team's diligence we were able to hit our target list date, with a house that was shown in its best light. The local market had become more uncertain: markets were softening and a similar house down the street was sitting on the market after weeks, despite a price drop. We adjusted our intended list price (still within his initial range) and our expectations, but Matt remained confident in the home and how it would show. We got an under-asking offer early, and Matt went into overdrive to solicit additional offers. Ultimately we got a very attractive at-list-price offer, the house went pending within a week of listing, and we had a very smooth closing experience. There's always luck involved, but we expect that with most other realtors it would have more work for us to get the house on the market and the sale price would have been lower.
