The item we were purchasing was very large and very heavy, so my husband asked the cashier if there was somebody that could help us load it if we pulled our vehicle up to the door. She never responded, and she didn't even look up to it knowledge she had heard him, so I repeated the request. That's when she said " if you want to pull your car up I will find somebody to help". My husband went to pull the car up while I waited just inside the door. After a few minutes she saw me standing there and called out to somebody. I watched her tell someone that we needed assistance and it appeared that he heard her as he looked at her and then turned and walked away. About five minutes later I noticed that three of the guys (that I had previously seen outside helping people ) we're standing and joking around with each other right behind our cashier. After a few minutes they all walked away. My husband called me and I had told him we were still waiting and that nobody had come over to me yet. He told me he was just going to come in and get it himself. He came in and got our purchase and took it out to our vehicle when all of a sudden two guys quickly came walking up to help him load it. I noticed there was I Nother vehicle in front of us that were loading their own purchase as well. Those same two employees stood behind them watching them load it. I guess just in case they needed assistance

The dark haired women at the counter was the rudest person I have come across. I asked her if I could return it and get a store credit. She looked at the receipt I had and said "this is over a month old,a month and 2 days, and we don't take items from the mustang island store."Completely wrong they do she just wouldn't do it and told me to bad I can't take this back. So I said well can't I get a store credit I'll come back and get it here. NO SIR! I cannot help you. You took to long so it's yours have a good day I have other customers.
