I went on line and explained my hair, color, style, and what I was looking for. Jerrica, the owner, suggested I schedule with Makayla, which I did. I just came home and love the haircut. My hair is start white, very fine, and breaks easily, so I had a lot of very uneven pieces. She did a fabulous job, leaving it as long as possible but still giving it shape and volume. From the minute I was seated in the chair I was made to feel that it was an inconvience for the staff that I walked through the door. The first words spoke to me were, " you have a lot of hair and you will be here for at least two hours for a cut and color." I replied confirming I understood it would take a while and that was ok with me. The employee looked frustrated as if she hoped I wouldn't have my hair done. She walks away, comes back and tells me we will have to do a strand test for coloring and that will take another hour. Once again I say that's ok. She leaves and comes back again. This time she tells me my hair looks to damaged and she can't do my hair. I leave in total disbelief regarding what just occurred. Point out period, she did not want to do my hair. In 15 years I have NEVER been treated this way at a salon. My hair is just beyond my shoulders and is in healthy condition. The reason I know this is because I scheduled another hair appointment at a different salon and I asked about the condition of my hair. The stylist told me your hair is in pretty good condition and just needed a trim. I got colored n cut as I always do and left another salon very happy. As a business owner I treat every customer as if they are the single most important person. Sorry for the long post but this salon needs revamped in regards to their staffing. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS SALON A DIME OF MY MONEY. Please take my post into consideration before choosing this salon.
