I really enjoyed the Carolina sauce. Bonus: They have more sauces at the table. So I added a touch more of Carolina. The slaw on the sandwich was fantastic too. The mac n' cheese was awesome! Nice and creamy with a smokey note. Definitely try that for a side! Corn bread was good! Always a nice touch when eating BBQ. Inside of the restaurant is nice. There's a lot of cool rock memorabilia along with a screen that rotates pictures of some really cool older cars. Service was excellent; very friendly and my food came out quickly. You order at the counter, grab a seat and they bring your food out when it's ready. Drinks are in a cooler near the area where you order. I'll be putting this place on my lunch rotation going forward.

The person working immediately came to help me, and then asked if I needed utensils and things, so overall nice service. The pick up area is quite small but as I was the only one in there and was able to grab and go quickly no complaints. Food was warm and fresh! I got the poutine with kielbasa. I was pleasantly surprised by the fried cheese curds, the fries were good, and there was a decent amount of meat! I also got the banana pudding, which was a good standard banana pudding I can expect from a bbq place. I'll definitely be back to try their fried chicken sandwich, or potentially sit in their actual restaurant.

Met the owner Bryan, super friendly and passionate about his bbq. They have some picnic tables outside and just a small counter inside to grub at. My wife and I got a good amount of food. We got brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sides including cornbread, Smokey mashed and Mac and cheese. Brisket was juicy and melts in your mouth and the ribs were perfectly seasoned, ate them all the way down to the bone. Mac and cheese really is a standout side, love what they do with theirs. The chicken was lukewarm warm, overly seasoned with dry corn bread. The Mac and cheese was really good. The cheesecake was a custard type cheesecake, with little crust.
