But then I had a horrific picture of 20 toddlers running around at our place for six hours and I panicked! I've never hosted a party like that before. I looked on Yelp and found this company, left a message, and less than 24 hours later, Amanda responded. She sent me a form online and I returned it ASAP to book the date. I didn't even have to pay a deposit! A few days later, Amanda confirmed the date. They're usually busy with events so I had to leave a message each time I called them, but Amanda responded quickly and professionally. Everyone fell in love with Marcus, the balloon guy! Even me!!! He was fun, creative, and very likable. All the kids enjoyed their balloons. Many of our guests took his business card, they thought $125/hour was reasonable. I cringe when I think about how much I spent on that, especially since the kids popped all the balloons. I could've just saved that for her college fund. Next year, though, we're gonna have to stick with cake and ice cream...maybe without the friends. They play at the park everyday anyway. If you're okay with that price and you have that extra money to spend then Marcus is your guy!!!!

The site is huge with what I believe is the largest collection of fabric, threads, notions, and even more impressive, a huge array of sewing machines. What really makes it "super" is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable; Laura is a sewing treasure! They are hands-on with free classes with your machine purchase, and follow-up with questions and help afterwards. They also have a fun, comprehensive class calendar as well. This is my favorite shop in the Valley, in fact, I can't think of any where else that is so impressive. I'm so glad I found them and I love my new machine!

It was so nice to walk into a shop that felt like a fabric store, not a collection of junk. I had called that shop at some previous point to get help with a vacuum. They didn't service my brand but the man was so nice...gave me pointers and I was able to get it working again. WHO DOES THAT? When I went in, thing were organized, clean, clearly marked and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and mannerly. That means a whole lot to me. I found beautiful options and some things on sale. I made all my kids clothes when they were little. Just starting to sew again after 25 years. What a blessing to find this place. Staff there should teach lessons on customer service. I'm going back!

We have gone through a few of the Blokees series so it was cool to see that they have the newest series available. This is my first time in and I was overwhelmed by all the fun things to look at. My toys of choice is Hello Kitty, anything cute and plushies. I did see an option of Hello Kitty figures but I already have them. I was mesmerized by the cute boba and cotton candy plush. My favorite section of the store was towards the front where the smaller toys and gadgets were at. I love playing with little things and there's quite a few options available. My husband ended up getting a few Blokees blind boxes. I got a squishy boba toy. It was just Valentine's day so I didn't have the heart to ask my husband for the 50 dollar plush. I will have to grab it the next time we are in if it's still there. I would say this could have been a flawless experience but the customer service wasn't there. What confuses me is when people work at fun stores like a toy shop like this, a bakery or candy shop and their customer service is meh. With such a fun venue, good think that someone who is checking you out is happy and smiling. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much out of someone. This toy store is dope. Lots of fun things to see, touch and buy. There's a great variety of options so you're guaranteed to find something for that special someone. It makes my husband happy so that's a great bonus point.
