I was instantly greeted when I came in. The gal that greeted me also checked me out. She was super sweet. After I purchased a few things, I walked back and asked her if they sold lighters. They were conviently at the register. Got rang up again and made my way out the door. I appreciate how nice the gal was today. In the past, the associates were so rude which always threw me off. You work at such a fun store to be so rude and unhappy. I stopped coming in for a while. I have always found it fun to come in and see all the fun stuff they have. I looked on Yelp and found this company, left a message, and less than 24 hours later, Amanda responded. She sent me a form online and I returned it ASAP to book the date. I didn't even have to pay a deposit! A few days later, Amanda confirmed the date. They're usually busy with events so I had to leave a message each time I called them, but Amanda responded quickly and professionally. Everyone fell in love with Marcus, the balloon guy! Even me!!! He was fun, creative, and very likable. All the kids enjoyed their balloons. Many of our guests took his business card, they thought $125/hour was reasonable. I cringe when I think about how much I spent on that, especially since the kids popped all the balloons. I could've just saved that for her college fund. Next year, though, we're gonna have to stick with cake and ice cream...maybe without the friends. They play at the park everyday anyway. If you're okay with that price and you have that extra money to spend then Marcus is your guy!!!!

The new superstore, combining their two smaller stores in the Treasure Valley, was a brilliant…read moremove. The site is huge with what I believe is the largest collection of fabric, threads, notions, and even more impressive, a huge array of sewing machines. What really makes it "super" is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable; Laura is a sewing treasure! They are hands-on with free classes with your machine purchase, and follow-up with questions and help afterwards. They also have a fun, comprehensive class calendar as well. This is my favorite shop in the Valley, in fact, I can't think of any where else that is so impressive. I'm so glad I found them and I love my new machine!

We have gone through a few of the Blokees series so it was cool to see that they have the newest series available. This is my first time in and I was overwhelmed by all the fun things to look at. My toys of choice is Hello Kitty, anything cute and plushies. I did see an option of Hello Kitty figures but I already have them. I was mesmerized by the cute boba and cotton candy plush. My husband ended up getting a few Blokees blind boxes. I got a squishy boba toy. It was just Valentine's day so I didn't have the heart to ask my husband for the 50 dollar plush. I will have to grab it the next time we are in if it's still there. I would say this could have been a flawless experience but the customer service wasn't there. What confuses me is when people work at fun stores like a toy shop like this, a bakery or candy shop and their customer service is meh. With such a fun venue, good think that someone who is checking you out is happy and smiling. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much out of someone. This toy store is dope. Lots of fun things to see, touch and buy. There's a great variety of options so you're guaranteed to find something for that special someone. It makes my husband happy so that's a great bonus point.
