The Informalist was super convenient since many of us were staying at the Lismore Hotel. Since this restaurant is located in the lobby, it was just super easy and the menu has something for everyone. We ordered from both the pizza and regular dinner menu and many of us shared a bit of everything! The truffle fries may have been the biggest hit of all, so don't miss out on those! Pizza is fabulous too. We saw elote fries, a burger, caesar salad, steak and so many other things at our table. My favorite pizza was the Yellow Jacket, which includes red sauce, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, pepperoni, and spicy honey.
