After walking by an actually beautiful park full of chirping robins, we arrive. The complex is striking red brick, full of smokestacks that bring back real nostalgia. It's fun to look at and walk through. The main hall was huge and had many tables and lots of bar space. There was room for everyone. We pull up a stool, and start playing one of the plethora of board games they offer there. Good board games, too. Service was very nice. Very friendly bartenders, very knowledgeable about their brews they had. They also had a ton of delicious 1919 root beer for me, too. And the pizza that we ordered was cooked right there in their tiny little pizza oven, came out quick and piping hot. As for that pizza, it was perfect. Small, thin, crisp, tavern style. I forget exactly what kind it was, but it was like, Oktoberfest-y. There was sauerkraut on it and stuff. And it was delicious. Cheesy, meaty, tangy from that kraut. A really good pie. Overall, this was a shockingly good experience. A brewery in the middle of nowhere gave me a good pizza, the best root beer in the country, and a lot of really good board games to play through.
