She was told they would start up in their Shelburne location but not that summer (2925). This summer they have completely discontinued that service but will not answer her calls, emails and hung up on me when I tried to talk with someone. She even went into the Burlington spa and was completely dismissed. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office as they have not given her a reimbursement which should amount to around $500. I would stay away from this business as they are theives.

I took my 13 year-old daughter for a haircut for back to school at Ulta Williston, VT. After THE…read morestylist had shampooed her hair, she came running to find me in the store announcing she could not continue the haircut because my daughter had head lice. Obviously, my daughter was extremely upset. We quickly left and racked our brains where she may have gotten the lice... but we were a little skeptical. After looking at her scalp, I decided to bring her to a walk-in urgent care clinic to confirm the diagnosis. The Doctor Who examined her was positive that It was NOT head lice at all, rather, she had a dry scalp and some flaky skin. Really unhappy with the fact this woman upset and embarrassed my daughter not to mention we were unable to get her the cut she needed before going back to school. We have previously had pretty good experiences with the Ulta stylist team, but this new hire definitely leave something to be desired both in her knowledge of hair and scalp conditions, as well as appropriateness when delivering potentially upsetting news to a client.
