However, the leasing staff had worked with us before we arrived to get all of our information and held the apartment for us until we completed all of our paperwork. After arriving to the apartments we were very pleased to see that it is situated in a nice/newer housing tract. From the outside that apartments are very well kept and the grounds were well manicured. Upon meeting the staff to sign all of our paperwork we were please to find the staff as pleasant as the complex. We finished signing paperwork, which was quick and easy as they had it all waiting for us when we arrived. We did our walk through of our apartment with one of the friendly staff members and instantly fell in love with our new home. It was nice and clean, had updated appliances, and was very bight and open. We also love having a patio that open to a view of the surrounding housing tract. After being here for two month we have had no complaints about the complex it is very family oriented and there is a beautiful park that sits just steps away from the complex. Even though it is a complex full of families and kids it is extremely quite. We are very pleased with our new home and happy that we found this wonderful location.

And I suspect he used to live above us. And if I'm right, the noise he and his roommate made was just a wee bit more than a mouse. Moving, no, dragging furniture around the room late at night, doing something that sounded like they were literally wrestling, dropping things, having loud conversations till 3am and later. Plus they dropped beer cans from their balcony onto our porch. So I don't know if Nick M. was the one who lived above us but whoever it was certainly helped ruin our time living here. As for the complex itself, besides the thin walls and floors, there are a couple of dents in our floor that we did not notice nor catalog when we moved in so hopefully we dont get dinged for those. Our garage door gets sticky to the point that I have to go out every morning when I leave for work and manually break it loose before I hit the button because I'm afraid its going to rip itself off its mounting hardware. We have complained a couple of times and they give us tips on lubing it but they don't work. The management has been good to us overall. Our rent has pretty much stayed the same the 5 years we have been here, with the exception of our spare garage which went from $100 per month to $150. But even at that its still way cheaper than a storage unit somewhere else. It has power, an opener and will fit a full sized vehicle if so desired. Not to happy about some of the extra little charges each month (credit check, package room, pet rent) but it is what it is. I started to give this a 3 star review but as I type this out I bumped it to a 5 star because all in all, its been a decent place to live. And if anyone has ever heard us fighting, sorry.

Also received and itemized break down of cost associated with our security deposit and showed we should receive $45 back. However after they rented the apt they mysteriously had more fees associated. Also they will not refund the last 2 days of rent while the new tenant had already moved in. They made sure to soak up all of the deposit to fit their needs for more money obviously. Greedy and self servicing narcissists run this place IMO

After I identified their mistakes, they gave me a so-called "free month," which I never requested, and now they are requiring me to pay that back. Despite being a good tenant who always paid on time, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this apartment complex.

I emailed the mgt (They NEVER call me back when I req) & they're outright denying (This is a fair housing violation & discrimination) avail. This is a Fair Housing issue & absolute bullshit.
