But each time with stayed, the same was the kindness, courtesy, caring, efficiency, professionalism of each management team. Every need that I have had whether it be a sink that won't drain or something it's not working quite right has been taken care of immediately. And with cleanliness and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the maintenance. And when it's winter the efficiency of the snow removal is perfect. I so appreciate this. I have lived here five years. And I have nothing negative to say about these five years. It's a great place to live.

I am sure they will respond after this review, however after multiple attempts to correct issues, was met with laziness and lack of care. It is too little too late now. The only time they seem to take action is when people leave poor reviews. I personally would not recommend Park Villas Apartments nor Prodigy Property Management. Park Villas Apartments and Prodigy Property Management are too highly priced and very low value and quite frankly, they do not care.

The work included 21 feet of countertops, ten feet of bartop, an eight-foot tub deck with 12 feet of front and side panels, 29 feet of backsplash, 10 feet of shower curb, cutouts for four under-mount sinks and one under-mount tub, and one very difficult three-way mitered corner. There were 33 feet of mitered edges that needed to be joined and finished. Throughout our remodel, we have learned that we are very particular and have very high standards for workmanship. I am pleased to say that Living Stone paid close attention to our concerns, and actually exceeded our expectations by the time the job was complete. We emailed Living Stone our drawings and specifications and they responded with a professional and detailed estimate within two days. During our first visit to their showroom, Jena reviewed our estimate with us and patiently answered our questions about pricing and also the display pieces. Jena was extremely informative and helpful and the atmosphere was always very friendly and relaxed. Jena introduced us to Tim, the general manager, who over the next five weeks was very thorough and helpful and proved to be an excellent communicator. We always received information or updated estimates for revised work within 24 hours of requesting it. Tim introduced us to Nathan, the lead fabricator. Nathan has over 20 years of experience and was more than willing to answer our technical questions about the fabrication process and national fabrication standards. Nathan and Tim gave us a tour of the fabrication shop, and Nathan demonstrated how the measuring, cutting, and polishing equipment worked. As we toured the shop, Nathan and Tim continued to answer our questions on how we could achieve top quality with all of our work. Living Stone was not the cheapest of the four estimates we received, but their service, responsiveness, interest in our project, and showroom displays convinced us to pay the extra money. We provided a down payment and the job measurement process was completed two days later. Our installation was scheduled for five weeks later and it was completed on the day scheduled, June 15th. I am extremely pleased to say the fabrication and installation work exceeded our very high expectations. The two installers, Felix and Ryan, accomplished perfect work, and I mean perfect. The mitered edges look like they are solid quartz, and you cannot see that they are not a solid piece unless you are trained to see the joint (and use a magnifying glass). Every installed piece in the three rooms is perfectly straight, level, and square. One of the pre-fabricated pieces needed a slight adjustment and Felix and Ryan flawlessly handled the adjustment with their saw. Felix and Ryan arrived on time, worked continuously for nine hours except for a short lunch break, and patiently answered our questions. They set up their cutting station away from the house where the dust would not stick to anything and also left each work area perfectly clean. Felix and Ryan could not have been more professional. This review would not be complete without discussing James, the outstanding measurer and template creator. James spent most of a day with his expensive equipment taking very precise measurements. The proof is in the end result because the fabrication was superb. Thanks to James's precision, everything was the exact right size and all pieces fit together perfectly (with the one minor exception previously mentioned). The reveals and overhangs are all perfectly straight, aligned, and evenly spaced. James also spent 2-3 hours on the job today, working with Felix and Ryan to ensure the best possible outcome. The perfect installation work also would not have been possible without the skill of Nathan and his fabrication crew. The cuts are very precise and the edge shaping and polishing are absolutely beautiful. Most jobs have an unexpected challenge or two that pop up, and ours was no exception. The underside of our tub deck needed very precise routing to be accomplished to accommodate our two bathtub water valves and faucet. Nathan handled this expertly and as a result, our hardware interface is outstanding. We are very thankful to have such skilled professionals such as Nathan, Nathan's staff, Felix, Ryan, and James work on our home. Tim, as the general manager, made it all happen with Jena's very able assistance. The work we saw in the showroom was the main reason we selected Living Stone to do our job. We believe the work in our house is even better than their showroom. We have had nothing but problems which resulted in us having to move as quickly as possible. First, the dog poop was never picked up or addressed. I walked down the stairs and stepped right into a pile because it was not lit in that location and no one picked it up. One neighbor had way more than 2 dogs and they never picked up the poop so the whole building smelled. They used to have a big garbage bag full of poop bags sitting on the patio from other neighbors that picked up the poop. That bag never moved until they moved out. Second, they claim to do background checks but they let anyone in. A younger family moved in and the male would be outside working on his loud truck at all hours of the night. He would start the truck, which was way above the noise ordinance, and leave it running for 2hrs almost every morning at 4-6am. The truck was so loud that it shook the building and woke up all the neighbors. We called the property managers and the cops multiple times but no one did anything. Management kept promising to do something but they never addressed it. It got so bad that we never slept. He would also have his friends over every Saturday night/early Sunday morning and they would throw a party in the parking lot, also keeping everyone awake. Management and the police were called most to every time and still no resolution from the management. The same people had a charcoal bbq on their balcony and had cardboard up against it as they left it on and unattended. Management threatened residence of being in breach of their lease for having a bbq let alone using it, but still nothing was done with these people. I have no idea how the toddler ever slept because of the man's constant noise. Third, we had a neighbor who would bang on her ceiling and slam her cupboards at random times in the night. Management never addressed this either. Fourth, during the hottest day of the year, our AC went out. I called the emergency maintenance multiple times but they didn't respond since it was Sunday (a day none of them work even for emergencies) so our apartment got to be over 85 degrees (it would have been worse if I didn't have personal fans). They came to fix it the next day but it took them all day because they had one spare unit but it didn't work with the electrical system so they had to take a unit from a vacant apartment. That day was also very hot so the apartment got into the high 80s again. Fifth, our fridge was clearly dying but they would come to half ass fix it to stop the grinding and moaning noises for a few days. It is not the fault of the maintenance people, but they couldn't get approval to put in new appliances. We asked for a new fridge completely because we didn't want the noise nor the spoiled food but that never happened. Lastly, they closed the gym and spa so frequently that you pretty much never have access to them. The first time they closed the gym, they offered a deal through a local gym. The next few times there was no deal. Now that we have moved out, they want to charge us our whole security deposit plus an additional $300. We left the apartment clean and empty but they think we owe them $700 total in moving out fees. We called management to get an itemized receipt because they just sent us a bunch of emails and texts saying we owe them money without telling us what it was for (and it looked like a scam). They took almost a week to send it over and the person who sent it sent the itemized receipt as an attachment with an email stating we have 30 days to pay or they will send us to collections. I emailed them asking why I am being charged a heavy cleaning fee, carpet cleaning (there were no spills or anything; just normal wear and tear which is not a chargeable event to the tenants), and a pet cleaning fee in addition to other random fees that have multiol. They still have not responded to my email asking about all the extra fees and it's been a week. I have responding to the email string again to get a reply and left a voicemail. Honestly I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a place I used to live nor with a management company that didn't do anything it was supposed to other than collect money. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

My doorhandle was so messed up i had to break into my own apartment for almost 3 months cause it it took them that long to get that fixed. Anytime i had to get with management over any small issue, i recieved a crappy attitude and most of the time 0 help whatsoever. Every single time after talking to management i left in a shitty mood due to their lack of giving a damn! On top of the worst treatment ive ever recieved from a staff crew, my roomates and I spent a good 30-40 hours DEEP cleaning our apartment our last week there, because we had a bad feeling about our deposit not getting back to us. A few things we did included thoroughly wiping down walls, floor/door trim, cabinets, bleaching bathrooms from top to bottom, vaccuming over and over...all we wanted was to make the place look better than the first day we moved in. Which we did...so we thought..But they somehow still managed to take our entire deposit and charge us an extra ~$600 for expenses that most of which made no sense whatsoever (: Do yourself a huge favor and turn around if you ever find youself looking at living here. I emailed the mgt (They NEVER call me back when I req) & they're outright denying (This is a fair housing violation & discrimination) avail. This is a Fair Housing issue & absolute bullshit. I'm going to file a complaint now w/Attorney General, as well as BBB until this is resolved. It would be noteworthy to mention 1 year ago I ALSO put $ down ($100 "hold" & $40 app fee - I was told I was 100% "NEXT" for the next studio), & when a studio DID become avail, they literally RENTED IT FROM BENEATH ME!!!!!!!!!!
