However, the leasing staff had worked with us before we arrived to get all of our information and held the apartment for us until we completed all of our paperwork. After arriving to the apartments we were very pleased to see that it is situated in a nice/newer housing tract. From the outside that apartments are very well kept and the grounds were well manicured. Upon meeting the staff to sign all of our paperwork we were please to find the staff as pleasant as the complex. We finished signing paperwork, which was quick and easy as they had it all waiting for us when we arrived. We did our walk through of our apartment with one of the friendly staff members and instantly fell in love with our new home. It was nice and clean, had updated appliances, and was very bight and open. We also love having a patio that open to a view of the surrounding housing tract. After being here for two month we have had no complaints about the complex it is very family oriented and there is a beautiful park that sits just steps away from the complex. Even though it is a complex full of families and kids it is extremely quite. We are very pleased with our new home and happy that we found this wonderful location.

After 5 days someone finally came out to look but I had already made the repair. After ownership changed, we had to break our lease due to purchasing a new home. We agreed that o pay their fees associated if they didn't rent the apt with the grounds knowing that they have to make a valid attempt to rent it out. Once it was rented out, we were not informed. Also received and itemized break down of cost associated with our security deposit and showed we should receive $45 back. However after they rented the apt they mysteriously had more fees associated. Also they will not refund the last 2 days of rent while the new tenant had already moved in. They made sure to soak up all of the deposit to fit their needs for more money obviously. Greedy and self servicing narcissists run this place IMO

They misclassified my lease three times, causing confusion and unexpected charges. After I identified their mistakes, they gave me a so-called "free month," which I never requested, and now they are requiring me to pay that back. Despite being a good tenant who always paid on time, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this apartment complex.

UNETHICAL, DISCRIMINATORY, & KELSEY MANAGER VIOLATING FAIR-HOUSING!!!!!…read more CC: ATTORNEY GENERAL, IDAHO FAIR HOUSING BOARD, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) I've literally been "waiting" (Supposedly on the 'wait' list for literally YEARS now -- I check-in w/this company LITERALLY 1-3x per wk, *AND* I've put $ DOWN ($100 + $40 app fee) to hold the NEXT avail studio,& everytime they say "they'll "let me know." Last night I checked their website, & it showed a studio (T-301) avail, & it even let me go through the LONG app process & when I got to the very end where you upload your credit card information, it said that I would need to "contact the mgt." I emailed the mgt (They NEVER call me back when I req) & they're outright denying (This is a fair housing violation & discrimination) avail. This is a Fair Housing issue & absolute bullshit. I'm going to file a complaint now w/Attorney General, as well as BBB until this is resolved. It would be noteworthy to mention 1 year ago I ALSO put $ down ($100 "hold" & $40 app fee - I was told I was 100% "NEXT" for the next studio), & when a studio DID become avail, they literally RENTED IT FROM BENEATH ME!!!!!!!!!! I've been staying at an Airbnb every night now for MONTHS waiting SPECIFICALLY on a studio at this apt to open up, & they're outright DENYING (This is abusive & a fair-housing violation, discrimination re My Sexual Identity & Sexuality - I'm a protected class on MULTIPLE counts, & I can easily provide doc to evidence this). I've absolutely HAD it w/this dishonest company. There's NO reason they should be DISCRIMINATING -- I am paying $$$$ for an AIRBNB just for the SOLE purpose so I can move into their affordable studios! Fair Housing AND the Attorney General can handle this unless Riverview calls & offers me the STUDIO I've been WAITING PATIENTLY for! I have PERFECT credit - Nearly an 800 FICO, & I have been FULLY approved $600,000 to buy a HOME!
