Long story short, when it was washed and dried, my roots were pinky- Iorange and the rest was blonde . Then they re did it, now the roots are still somewhat red, the rest is brown. super unhappy with the results, I had tons of chemical on my scalp for 3 hrs! and I can't believe I had to pay for that.. I am just thankful my lady, who finally reappeared consulted with someone who knew how to tame the orange .
