The owner operator Velma is very professional and pays attention to exactly what you want. She offers a variety of services and has a very safe environment. She works by appointment only and was available at the designated time. I've never been to an individual salon like this before where there's only the one cutter one chair in a isolated environment but I found it to be very comfortable, clean and safe. After bad results/ experiences with several hair salons in the area, I found Killer Kuts via Yelp and decided to give it a try. Velma ( the owner) responded quickly to my questions and an appointment was set up. The results: I wish there was room for a 6th star!! From the time I arrived, I was treated like there was no other person in the world. Velma told me that she focuses on the customer and that top notch service was the priority....and her actions proved that ! She took the time to understand what I needed and was concerned about any issues ( skin tags, scars, etc... of which I have no issues like that)so she could be cautious for any sensitive areas, etc.... this was a first ever for me! Most stylists would just get to chopping and apologize for a cut or harming someone, but she was very conscientious and caring.
