I was so disappointed in TRM & would not suggest that anyone eat here. I had fish & chips. It was…read moreso plain & the batter gummy. Make the drive to Killybegs & eat at the Seafood Shack. Order their haddock & you'll get twice as much moist fish in the perfect batter. My S.O. had the prawn curry. The sauce was really thin & just didn't have much flavor. I watched the man at the next table send his watery chowder back. When it was returned to the table he added a lot of salt. I can't believe how much we paid for a really subpar meal. It's the worst we've had on our visit.

Pub, motel, restaurant, perfection! This place is such a gem! We were looking for something close…read moreto the Slieve League Cliffs and found this place highly recommended on a travel blog. I was just expecting a little pub with a place to stay, but it had much more character than that. Its proximity to the Cliffs and seaside town is very convenient, and we wish we could have extended our stay. Our rooms were modest but clean, recently renovated with nice flooring and clean tidy bedding. We slept pretty well, though there is the noise of people coming in and out since they are outside access rooms. The restaurant and pub were really nice. Excellent food, highly rated, and a great gluten-free menu. We enjoyed the lamb, seafood pie, and the fish n chips. The calamari my husband had wasn't breaded well, but aside from that, everything was delicious. Great friendly service and very affordable accommodations.
