Loved our wedding at the Pace House! My partner and I were looking for a charming, historic venue…read more From the photos and description on line and the recommendations from friends, we thought we'd made a good choice. But once we started working with Leigh Vaughan from Saratoga Events, we KNEW we'd made the right choice. She couldn't have been more welcoming, enthusiastic or helpful, which made all the difference for us as a gay couple and since we were planning our wedding from out of town. The House, with its adjoining deck and enclosed historic Pavilion, were perfect for having the ceremony and reception in one location, and the convenience of working with Saratoga Events and Avenue Catering made planning a snap. Leigh had ready recommendations for any other vendors we might need, checklists to help with our planning, and obviously a wealth of experience in putting together flawless events. The food was delicious, with lots of options to choose from, including formal sit down or buffet and cocktail style. We had so many compliments on the charming, intimate atmosphere and pleasant service. Since I work in the preservation field, having the historic house for our guests to enjoy before and after the ceremony made it particularly special. I would highly recommend the Pace House for anyone planning a small to mid-sized wedding in the Atlanta area!

As I drove…read moreup, the parking lot seemed super small, however, the staff had a design plan that was perfect and ensured everyone had a place to park. The upstairs is a super open floor plan with rooms off to the side. This was ideal as the Bride and Groom had their personal areas which were hugeeeeeee. As they were getting ready the open area was equipped with a portable bar and multiple hi-top tables. Omg! It was so cute. We were able to mingle and take pictures as we awaited the specified time to move to the downstairs area. Once downstairs, the room is hugeeeeeeee. It was perfectly decorated and afforded a sense of style, elegance and amazing ambiance. Once the guests were seated, the bride and groom began to walk down the stairs. When I tell you this room was MADE for such an entrance as this, it was spot on. There is a bar to the front and the main area is a blank canvas which allows you to set it up how you would like. Brea had it sit with a sit down eating space and a dance floor towards the back area. Based on my experience at Venue 92, it has been added to my venue list as the options of use for this space seem endless.

Evening events could be great here too because of the wide open space - a dance floor could be easily cordoned off and used! There is a lot of space to use outside too. At our event, they had yard games set up out there which were a lot of fun to be out in the sun. If you're looking for an event space in the Smyrna area, I had a great time (as an attendee) and was impressed with the space at Brawner Hall!

Staff at the event were all so helpful, and all of my guests were pleased with the customer service. Their prices are very reasonable, and the wedding packages include so much more than many venues offer. My wedding package included a ceremony & reception, dinner buffet & non-alcoholic beverage, event coordinator, flowers, cake, set up and cleaning fees, gratuities, and taxes. I also liked that I had the option of purchasing all of the alcohol myself (huge cost savings!). I chose a few decorating upgrades, and The Grande (and its sister location The Conservatory) have so many options for decor on hand at very reasonable prices. The venue is beautiful and had lots of great locations for pictures. It was also nice that there are several outdoor locations to choose from for the ceremony, included a covered outdoor area. The bridal suite was comfortable and spacious. My only (very minor) complaint is that the groom's area is a little underwhelming. Everything went so smoothly during the event. All of the staff kept the event running exactly on time and handled everything so professionally. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding that is moderately-priced with top notch service.

I did a bride's makeup back in September of 2018 onsite in their bridal suite and knew that I wanted my wedding here! Now come February 22nd, I will. The place is absolutely beautiful and affordable, which was huge for this bride on a budget. It's the perfect venue not too far from the city for any rustic style wedding/event. I love all the new upgrades they have done with place, especially the new barn color (was red and is now the most perfect light blue color). I was a big fan of the benches, which they no longer have. But either way, that's something miniscule. There's also several affordable all inclusive packages to make your wedding planning 100x easier. If you're looking for a venue that won't be hard on your pockets for a rustic/country themed wedding/event THIS IS THE PLACE!

This was the first time I had thrown a big party outside of my home and I wanted to make sure that everything was great. Well, Shana helped make that happen. I let her know how I wanted things laid out and she made sure everything was set up according to the plan. At my event, I didn't have to worry about details like emptying the trash or ensuring the bathroom was refreshed...Shana made sure that was taken care of so I could just enjoy myself and my guests. It was also nice not to have to clean up once the party was over She also offered recommendations for a bartender (which I used), caterer, DJ and other services which was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend hosting your special event at Kitspa. You'll have a great event and a wonderful experience!
