Is there a way to find this out ahead of time? I guess we'll have to find another gym option when we come back in town. I was invited to attend the cycling class at the last minute. The teacher and class went very well. However, it was hard to understand what she was saying over loud music as she had no microphone like other locations. This is hands down the BEST gym on Fort Bliss and can rival commercial gyms located off post too…read more It's 96,000 sq feet so it has everything you could ever want. Seriously. The equipment is top of the line too and you very rarely see anything out of order. The weight area is 11,000 sq feet and also includes an adjacent room with equipment for all you circuit and cross fit buffs. Two full size basketball courts. The upper level holds some 200+ pieces of cardio equipment. There is an indoor track, a room with a kiddy playpen so you can exercise and watch your kid(s), group exercise room/classes, wrestling and boxing room, locker room with sauna, snack bar, and they just included massage therapy services. There's even a small outdoor area covered in turf for body weight exercises or sprints if you're feeling up to it. Impressed yet? Hours are legit too, open until 10:00 PM most nights. High traffic hours are nuts though. You won't be able to squeeze yourself in the weight area because it is PACKED past the point of ridiculous. Also not a lot of women are in the weight room just in general so if you are lady, then you will most likely get stared at but don't let that deter you. You do you! The gym is kept clean which is amazing considering how much traffic must come through there. There are wet wipes stations everywhere and reminder signs to clean equipment after use but like 9 out of 10 people don't do this. If you carry anything with you while working out, be sure to keep up with your stuff. Someone stole my women's Nike weight lifting gloves when I took them off and sat them down to do something else. I don't make it out to this location too often but the workers I have interacted with here are nice, except maybe one. If you are eligible to use the facility, I highly recommend it!

I received a locker that contained a robe and sandals, which I used in exchange for my personal items for safekeeping. Next, I headed to the relaxation room, which was dimly lit and had a soothing ambiance. In this room, there was a beverage station offering water, teas, and snacks, including my favorite--chocolate-covered almonds and trail mix. After spending some time there, I was called in for my first service: a holistic manicure. Amber was my technician, and she was both wonderful and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the manicure experience, and my nails looked fantastic. After the manicure, I returned to the relaxation room to wait for my massage. I have no words to express how great the massage was. My therapist walked me to the treatment room and gave me the privacy to get settled on the massage table. Climbing into the warm bed--complete with a heated blanket--felt amazing. Before I knew it, my hour was up. The experience was so incredible that it definitely left me wanting another session. Overall, my experience exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return. Well worth the splurge!

Do not recommend purchasing gift cards from here. I was gifted one for Christmas and I still…read morehaven't redeemed it. First please know they will charge whomever you gift the card to a deposit that they must pay when they schedule their appointment. They will redeem but why should someone have to pay a deposit to use a gift? (It is half of what the services cost) I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to use our gift cards and they ended up canceling because the day of the appointment it snowed for 45 min in El Paso so they shut down for the day. An appointment I had to leave a $250 deposit for. Have I been offered anything in return for the inconvenience to include maybe an appointment without a deposit this time since I had to wait to get reimburse last time for an appointment they cancelled. Just consider these things before buying and gifting spa treatment gift cards from here. Too many hoops to jump for a gift!!! Very inconvenient!

The staff is awesome and the atmosphere was great. It's a perfect size and has everything you need from cardio, weight machines, free weights and all sorts of resistant equipment. I have only been here once but my experience was very positive. I haven't tried the smoothie/shake station but I like that it's there in addition to massage therapy, tanning, and sauna. The gym plays loud music so it can be seen as a good or bad thing depending on your music preferences. Most of the patrons seemed to have decent gym etiquette (wiping down equipment, reracking weights) so that was a nice change from other gyms I've been to. Overall, I recommend this gym to anyone and especially those who are in town for a short amount of time and don't want to lose track.
