One staff member just wanted to put the second half of the order in the same bag and the other didn't understand that - causing confusion for us as well. Last night was one of those occasions and NS, once again, did a fantastic job. The (18) lobsters were tightly packed in a Styrofoam box (easy to transport) and lined with aluminum foil. They kept warm for hours. Opening the box on the beach and revealing those red beauties was a moment to remember.
