Now the company is saying my sessions have expired because I didn't come every 6 months, and it says that no where in the contract. I believe this is a breach of contract and a failure of consideration. I had a deeply disappointing experience with transformations owner. Stacie's behavior was aggressive, dismissive and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only did she not honor the contract. She makes up baseless reasons to terminating contracts once she has your money. There's high employee turnover and they regularly cancel appointments that have been scheduling months in advance.

He also asked for black ink and it's definitely dark blue. It's one bad tattoo. Update: Dillon reached out to me and has been very kind trying to make amends over this. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done now except get it lasered off.
