She asked when I wanted to come in, I asked for the first Tuesday of October, she placed me on hold and when she came back, she said that they were fully booked for that day. I asked for the following day and she said they are booked that day as well. When I asked when the next availability was she said December. When I asked for a December appointment and for the next availability, she said we are not scheduling for December and she'd have to call me back. I was already skeptical making an appointment with them as they don't have any women of color advertised in pictures, but I wanted to give them a chance, but I've never had to book a haircut in September for December.
