It is so hard to find a quality and reliable racquet sports shop especially in the area that we live. We aren't able to make the drive often but every time that we do, it is well worth it. The Rally Shop always has everything that we are looking for in terms of our tennis hobby. They are by far the best tennis shop with great prices. They have a great selection of tennis balls (We usually opt for the Wilson US Open Extra Duty) and we usually grab a few extra cans to last us a few months. But they even offer free stringing labor on new tennis racket purchases. We are so grateful to have met the owner Howard who we found out is a 2 time Olympic badminton player. You can tell he is very passionate about racquet sports gear and is always so generous with his time explaining and answering all of our questions. Recently I got back into tennis and I am so happy that I discovered The Rally Shop. They had a great selection of rackets and I was able to pick up a new Tecnifibre T-Fight and Wilson RF01 at great prices and they even waived the stringing labor fee on my new rackets. They carry much more strings than other places and I was able to do a hybrid set of new Toroline swings which feel absolutely amazing! Everything about this shop just shows their attention to detail. When my rackets were ready, I even received an automated text message from their system so I didn't have to call to check or ask when it was ready. Loved my experience at the Rally Shop! I was in the market to replace my 10+ year tennis rackets and since it's been awhile I was super appreciative of their staff for walking me through all of my options (there was A LOT) so even more points for being so patient with me. Once I finally made my choice (Yonex EZONE 100), using their in-house stringing service was so fast. It was easy to peruse while I waited and even inspired me to purchase pickleball gear! Recently new to the pickleball world, and wanted to speak with someone about different paddles amongst a sea of different brands. Doing research online can be a little skewed because many people are sponsored by certain companies. So we found this place on Yelp. We were greeted with amazing customer service and his name was Howard S. He was able to explain the different paddles and sizes and shapes very detailed oriented, which helped me dial in and choose a paddle that I wanted. So I went with the joola 4 and I played with it the same day, I'm so happy with the choice that I made. The other amazing thing that Howard did for us, he was able to wrap the handle with some over wrap. Honestly, there's plenty of stores that sells paddles but not every store has 10/10 customer service and I highly recommend buying from Howard and supporting small businesses. read more
