She set my expectations that it would be 3-6 weeks to have the job done which was fair considering COVID19 slowed material manufacturing and we're in Florida where it storms often. When her crew of 3 (2 women and a man) came out, they clearly had a system and were ready to work. They worked the entire time until it started storming. They came back later that afternoon to finish more of the work (they weren't lazy at all!) When the job was done the next day, I noticed that one of the door kits was improperly installed. She immediately went on defense and said that I shouldn't withhold payent. That was never a thought nor a threat and I felt attacked. Every time I called, I felt like I was bothering her with questions and making sure she got my check. If communication was better, I'd give them a 5-star.
