I needed some kitchen cabinets removed except for 1/2 of a double cabinet. Job also required…read moredrywall and finishing work where cabinets were removed. Mike not only was the lowest quote, but he was the only one able to quote the entire scope. And what a fantastic job he did. Mike essentially built a custom single cabinet and utilized the existing molding and trim pieces; so one would never know it wasn't the original cabinet installation. Not only meticulous work but his innovativeness to build the single cabinet was impressive. Mike is your guy if you want it done right!

Handyman Mike 916-301-9929 Clermont, FL will travel as far as Orlando EXPERIENCE: 10 QUALITY FINISH: 10 FRIENDLY: 10 TOOLS: 10 He owns all his own tools like a Pro should! RELIABLE: 10 Usually early errr.. lol PRICE: 10 You get what you pay for but he's usually done in half the time of others, do the math as I have. You save $$$ A lot! Negatives: He is not thrilled with small jobs but will do. Make sure you are available to let him in, as he is on time, and if your not he goes by the 3 strikes rule. Grumpy if he thinks you're a telemarketer calling lol SKILLS: 10 Cabinetry, Painting, wood or tile flooring install, Plumbing, Electrical, framing, roofing, gutter repair, ceiling repair, and taping, Spray or hand painting, re veneer cabinets, Carpet install, etc after nearly a decade I'm not sure if there is anything he doesn't know how to do? **I'm a real Yelper and say it the way it is. I put up as many negative reviews as I do positive, unlike others... I'll let my reputation speak for itself. Note: Mike is about 65 and does circles around younger labor all while telling them how to do their job correctly because he has solid experience and isn't learning on the job! EXPERIENCED!!! Note: If you're going to ask him over to fix your "small" plumbing job and offer pennies and also tell him it's just a one pipe thing and it's an entire bathroom falling apart? Probably shouldn't call him unless you clearly communicate your needs honestly lol. say Eric Sent you. Mike 916-301-9929 Clermont, FL

PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE - I can't even explain the amount of stress and frustration that working…read morewith Manny on a simple cabinet and countertop project has caused us. This is our second project with Titan within the past few years. On the first project, a major mistake was made but we decided to give Manny another chance. At that point we considered him a friend which makes it hard to even write this review. We have given him more than enough time to respond to us and make this right, but he has chosen not to. The second project turned into one frustration after another. I could go on and on but here are a few of the issues: (1.) There are repairs to two cabinet doors that STILL need to be made due to damage during the install. After weeks of going back and forth and chasing him down, Manny promised multiple times that he would have someone pick up the doors for repair or replacement (he never had time to pick them up himself). It has now been over 4 months since the project ended and 2 months since we last heard from Manny. During the last text he was supposed to show up that morning and never did. He said he would reach out the next day to set up a new time. He never came by or sent someone to repair the mistakes and we haven't heard from him since. He has stopped responding after many attempts on our part to call, email and text and has seemed to have blocked our number as well as blocked us on social media. After reading other reviews, it seems that he has done this to others. We do know for a fact that he is responding to requests for new quotes within minutes, but he can't respond to current clients and repair the mistakes he made. We are now stuck with two damaged cabinet doors. I know, shame on us, for paying for the project while repairs still needed to be made, but at that time, we never thought that Manny could be so unprofessional and treat us this way. (2.) Upon consultation, we discussed my vision for our bar area which included new cabinets with glass doors with lights and backsplash. Later in the project, Manny claimed that the quote didn't include small upper cabinets and that he would need to quote it as a separate project to complete two months later when he had time. I did initially tell him that I wanted upper cabinets AND his rendering DID include two upper cabinets, however, we didn't want to push it and argue. Lone behold, we have since begged Manny for the quote to complete the project that he started, but we never received it. What I do have is large, bright red electrical wires sticking out of the wall where the upper cabinets should be and a half-finished back splash. (3.) After multiple assurances from Manny that the project would be completed on time, it wasn't. Note that we did change the countertop selection a week and a half before install, however, Manny still promised an on-time completion. Because the project wasn't completed by deadline, we ended up having to cancel a weekend trip last-minute and incurred a lot of money in cancellation fees. (4.) Manny visited in the beginning of the project, and we never saw him again. He was available for us via phone and text, but he simply didn't come by to check or inspect the project. It was bizarre. My husband basically project-managed it. We do love our countertops that we chose. Others who worked on the project, apart from Manny, were great. His dad built and painted a beautiful island for us and we are grateful to the team who worked very hard. However, the way that Manny has treated us is simply unacceptable. He in no way can be trusted. A business owner "ghosting" a client without completing promised work is one of the most unprofessional and unethical things we have ever experienced.
