The owner Joe is out to make money and I get that but the prices are way to high for the quality of work! The entire company was at my house (small!) no one is licensed but the owner and he literally cussed out and put 2 employees down at my house in the front yard! I had to call them since they installed and they did fix it, while pushing blame on me! If you can afford this company you can afford a more reputable company. They install a part backwards and forgot to install another one! I compares pricing and reviews, I bet this company is in lawsuits! One review the owners told a customer to sue the EX EMPLOYEE as it's his fault and he is fired. It's on Google idr but I wish I did more research before letting them touch anything!! His machines are on credit just bought and look horrible ! The company misleads people and charges hundred of dollars for a $20 max part! claiming it was specialty! Not BBB accredited. Didn't even get permits to dig. I see why name changes every few years. CONS!! NE CAREFULLY AND WATCH!!!

April 8: Plumbing disconnected; April 9: New stone installed; Plumbing company was to install new faucet which I provided on April 10 after lunch; I called between 4-5pm to inquire if they were indeed coming that day; I was informed that they could come later that evening but he might smell like sewage because he was on his way to work on a sewage line or he come Saturday, April 11, around 9:30am. He arrived at 12 noon. He installed the new faucet that I provided from Ferguson and Company, only to find out that the new faucet was defective. He told me to order another new faucet from Ferguson on Monday, April 13. I did return defective faucet and ordered new one from Ferguson and Company on April 13. Ferguson had the replacement new faucet delivered to my residence on April 15. I called Ethan on April 15 to let him know that the new faucet was here. He said he could not install it that Wednesday, April 15 or 16, maybe on April 17, but he would call and let me know. No phone call Friday, April 17, but he would definitely be here Monday, April 20.I called at 8am on Monday, April 20 , to see where I was in the schedule; No response; At 12:45 pm I called again; No response ,No communication on April 20. Tuesday, April 21, I felt that I should document the lack of communication with the plumbing company. I sent 2 text messages and 1 email explaining that I felt that if I had not heard anything by Thursday, April 23, that he had abandoned this job. After sending the two texts and 1 email, he responded that he would be here on Wednesday April 22, at 9:30am. He arrived at 9:30 on April 22, and installed the new faucet. After waiting from April 15 to April 22 to finally have water in my kitchen (I had actually been 2 weeks with no water in kitchen), he presented me with a bill for $705.00. Ethan is a good plumber; kept his work area clean; but when I questioned the $705.00 ; poor communication, and the days I waited all day April 10, 15,16,17, and 20th but he did not show up with very little or no correspondence. A good plumber but with poor communication skills, but too expensive. I personally would not use this company again.

Franklin Plumbing has shown me that not all home service businesses want to make a quick buck with a signature signing in one hand and your money in their other hand. In my very long process of trying to find a plumbing company to fix the plumbing leaks in my home, they were among the rare few who took time with me and answered "every" question I brought before them. They did not blow me off as someone wasting their time with a barrage of questions. They were forthright and direct in the information provided me. The Franklin Tech who came out to review my plumbing problems and provide an estimate was quite impressive. He was professional and appeared clean cut. I think he represented Franklin Plumbing very well. When it came to moving forward, I had to narrow down my selection to Franklin Plumbing and another plumbing company. Believe you me, it was an extremely difficult choice. After completion of this current home project, because I live in an older home, I will most definitely keep this plumbing company on my "go-to" list and hope others will consider the same. They seem to be good people.
