They installed a complex pattern wool carpet on three levels of stairs and two landings. Everything is perfectly aligned and absolutely beautiful. Seemless! Our law office is in our home and these stairs are subject to extreme traffic every day. The wool carpet recommended by Chris and installed by these two craftsmen is truly stunning. I cannot recommend this company, its owners and these installers more highly. We also ordered a custom rug for our conference room a year ago from Area Rug Dimensions and it is stunning too. We told them we wanted them to do the job, however after 2 weeks of them not calling to tell me when we would be on the schedule we gave up and went somewhere else. We first went to the store in April and told them our goal was to get new carpet, granite and tile floor done by the end of August. By the middle of May I was done hearing Missy say Darren would be calling me every time I asked when would could be on the schedule. I wanted to support small local business, lucky we found other places in Lees Summit that made it happen for us. Oh by the way, Darren never did call us.
