There were 2 or 3 cats running loose and there was a large bird cage that needed cleaning. Both times we were not satisfied with the grooming our dog received. The grooming appeared choppy and uneven. We believe she was not bathed either time. The second time we were there, an employee was upset with us saying we were supposed to call before entering the building. We were told that it was for the safety of the customers and pets because they had problems with some aggressive animals. I cannot speak for the veterinarians, but Have heard they are good. We were very disappointed with grooming and the business in general. We will no longer be taking our dog there.

We took the time to explain what we wanted, but it felt like our requests were not listened to.
