Amazing place overall. I now prefer these donuts over a normal donut, in both the taste and health department. Additionally, the meal prep options, which come premade with tons of protein, and the drinks are very good, and they have an insane amount of protein. Love this place! read more

Sooooooo good!! I've been searching for a sweet spot like this that actually fits into my fitness and health goals, and I finally found it! We stopped in close to closing and tried all 6 donut flavors they had left and every single one was delicious! They completely hit the spot without killing my entire day or making me feel like I had to choose between enjoying a treat and staying on track. Alan, the owner, was super helpful, welcoming, and kind. Such a great experience all around. We are 100% coming back! read more

Finally donuts i can eat without feeling THAT guilty! This place is pretty big as they do healthy food prep. They also sell already made food/lunch. There werent very many donuts when I came but I just wanted to try it anyways. It didn't taste absolutely delicious Iike a real diabetes donut, but it was still good nonetheless. Its not sweet and the texture is chewy, but still tasty. I got the smores and strawberry shortcake. The cashier was nice and told me about the 12 different donuts that was there. There are tables if you so choose to eat there. Its not busy so its very relaxed feel. read more

We showed up 20 mins before closing, I know I know we were those customers but we had just gotten out of the theater and wanted a healthier dessert. My man has always been wanting to try it so we finally barely made it. They only had a few flavors left so we did a 6 pack which included strawberry crème I believe (my fave) s'mores, biscoff & cookies & crème. All were delicious. Less heavy, less calories, more protein, less guilt. Definitely a must stop everytime we're nearby. read more

We tried a couple protein donuts. I actually really liked the chewy texture, it reminded me of mochi donuts so I'm guessing they use rice protein. However the flavors don't taste anything like they're supposed to be. The maple doesn't have a drop of maple and the s'more tasted like chocolate syrup with a marshmallow on top. read more

Tried the s'mores protein doughnut and the protein pizza at The Protein Bar and was really impressed. The doughnut was soft and flavorful, without that typical protein aftertaste, and the pizza was satisfying and packed with flavor. Came in for the first time and was told 30 minutes after opening that a customer had cleared out all the donuts except a couple flavors. I was able to snag one biscoff, one s'mores and one cinnamon roll. The guy helping us was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he says you are able to make pre-orders. I'm confused on the texture, I understand it wouldn't be the same as a normal pastry/donut, but the cinnamon roll was extremely tough and chewy, barely edible/chewable with the strangest cinnamon essential oil flavor. The donuts were better, super chewy, reminds me of a mochi donut, but tougher even though it weighs next to nothing. I like the concept of healthy donuts, but I just wasn't a big fan of the actually product, unfortunately Browsed the foods in the cooler, looked good, might have to be back to try something new next time. read more

Finally got to check this place out yesterday. As someone who tries to find healthy alternatives this place definitely offers great options. Mainly their donuts they satisfy the occasional sweet tooth while not making you feel guilty and feel gross. After eating. A traditional donut. It's pretty amazing. I have to admit the texture obviously is going to be a little bit different but definitely delivers what it promises. I'll be back! read more

I'm 100% in love with this place now. Staff and food was all ready before their scheduled open time, so definitely makes me believe they're a great team and ready to serve their local community. The guy who helped us was very informative and nice. I did mention it was our first time in so we were checking out the menu a bit, but mostly wanted donuts for breakfast. I'm not even a fan of regular donuts, but these ones are AMAZING. I didn't have the greasy turnoff from them, they were sweeter than I expected (without overdoing it), felt more filling than a regular donuts, and didn't make me feel guilty for eating 2. They offer different foods to go, or dine inside as well so I'll be trying out more of what they have and will continue telling others about this spot. read more

These are the best health donuts, with my wife being diabetic the lower in sugar a plus at about 3.5g sugar per donut and 12g protein per donut, come on! It doesn't get any better! The texture of these are similar to a croissant donut. Give them a try, you probably won't go back to a regular donut. read more

Best protein donut I've ever had, the service was great too, was worth every penny. Couldn't recommend this place more, 10/10.

Earlier this year, being 18 months postpartum with my second and last baby, I decided it was time for me to make a big change and focus on me and my health. After several months at the gym, I was feeling discouraged because though the people close to me noticed change, I wasn't seeing it and the scale was not budging. My husband and I the decided to really focus on what we were putting into our bodies and start a meal prep, and chose protein bar to help guide us on this new journey! Now here I am a few months into incorporating The Protein Bar as a main part of our diet (along with counting macros and staying in a calorie deficit), and I am feeling better in my skin than I have in years! I am actually seeing changes in my body and my mental state, and I am happier and more confident than ever! The protein bar has given us so much ease in our evenings with simple healthy meals that we enjoy, as do our kids, and we do not have to give anything up like a sweet night cap with their incredible protein donuts. This is one of the best choices we have made for our health and I look forward to getting to taste all the new goodies they keep coming out with. Thank you The Protein Bar!! Pics and my husband and I almost exactly 1 year apart! PS the donuts are the best! read more

My wife and I have been using The Protein Bar's meal prep services for about three months now, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We both work out 6-7 days a week and had hit a plateau. We thought we were eating clean, but once we switched to The Protein Bar's meals, we started seeing real progress. Since then, we've both lost weight and feel more energized throughout the day. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. They take the time to go over meal options with you, listen to your goals, and give thoughtful guidance on which meals will help you get there. One of our trainers at Burn Boot Camp recommended them -- and we're so glad they did. read more

The donuts were amazing. Definitely recommend this place. The service is phenomenal. The drink I did like it but it had a small after taste. I usually don't like aftertastes but I didn't mind this one. Overall I will give this a 4.9 out of 5. Go get them protein donuts! read more

I stumbled across an article mentioning The Protein Bar and it got me curious. A couple of weeks ago my mother stopped in to purchase some of the protein donuts for the family. She picked the strawberry for our first Protein Bar experience. She mentioned that they also have drinks available, meal prep that is ready to go or you can place an order. The strawberry donut was yummy! No aftertaste and certainly no guilt because it is packed with protein. This week I stopped in to try another donut.I decided on the blueberry with fresh blueberries on top for the whole family. This donut was also really good! Apparently their donuts are popular because I dropped in around 3:30 P.M. in the afternoon and they were low on donuts.I spoke with Jorge and he said that the S'more donut is the best seller. Now I know which donut to try next time. It may be helpful to place an order ahead of time if there is a specific flavor that you want since the donuts are popular. The Protein Bar offers healthy meal prep meals for sale. You can also place an order. They offer a variety of healthy dishes. A few worth mentioning are- The Brisket Protein Mac & Cheese, Pulled Pork With Jasmine Rice Berry,Coconut Curry Chicken Loaded Baked Potato, Brisket Taco and many other protein packed meals. If you visit their website you will see how delicious the food looks. https://www.theproteinbardonuts.com/ The atmosphere is nice and casual.A great place to grab a protein packed donut or meal for a snack, lunch or dinner. Convenient for those with a busy lifestyle looking for a healthy meal or snack before/after a workout. I haven't tried the food yet,but I will be sure to place an order for food next time and hopefully get a S'more donut. Stop in and give this a try! read more

Garbage!!! It's all a lie The pictures they have selling Mac and cheese with tri-tip Or tacos Or baked potato it doesn't even look like that what so ever Food is already made and in fridge.. when picked he puts it in microwave to heat up.. they use all plastic trays but claim to be healthy. He swears he has done all homework and science behind this. He must have never read an article on how bad microwaves are and eating with plastic utensils.. it's overly priced. Mac and cheese is trash it's just noodles of different kinds ‍ Felt took felt robbed and man is anal about everything.. lol he was worried about fridge staying opened while I tried to pick a " " meal to try. Wouldn't recommend Never going back If you want to eat healthy make it yourself read more
