This burrito has amazing flavor. it comes with their consume sauce, spicy, avocado, and red salsa on the side, grilled onions, cooked to perfection and melt tea cheese within. This is a perfect meal for anytime of the day. Service is amazing. The burrito itself took about 10 minutes, which is well worth the wait. They have a couple picnic tables for seating outside their food truck with lighting. Located conveniently near BSW area. I highly recommend this food truck and will definitely be back!!

They were very greasy, so it's definitely not something I would get often. The sauces were all very spicy to me. They have a picnic table outside next to the truck, and there is no shade covering. One thing they should really change though is that they don't show prices. I asked how much it was, and they said $13. It ended up being $14.34 after a card fee and tax, which is a reasonable price, but it's really bizarre and inconvenient that they don't show prices. I always wonder if they do that so they can charge whatever price they want based on the customer.

The onions and cilantro made the tacos extra flavourful, and the salsas were spicy and tasty. They specialize in mini tacos, but I did not try them as they are only on corn tortillas. They don't display the taco prices, which is inconvenient, but the prices are cheap. They give buzzers, which seems completely unnecessary. The area the taco truck is in is quite sketchy. There were three men staring at us, including one who was very, very slowly approaching us. There are tables and benches, but we did not sit down.

Also the price of the mini tacos is 1.75 not $1.00 as displayed in one of the pics. The tacos in my opinion was OK, nothing special. The carbs asada was very fatty to the point where i wondered if the beef was 60/40! The flavor was enough for a quick taco fix , but if other food truck options are available might want to compare them.Ambiance and environment isn't anything special, just average food truck vibes. My experience here was mid to say the least, place is good for a "drink drunk fix" but that is all on my opinion.

We love crawfish and this place definitely gets a high rating from us. While exploring Belton I…read morenoticed this place on Google Maps, and confirmed their hours and location on their Facebook to make sure they were really there and open. We went here on a Sunday in late May (which is really getting to the end of crawfish season) for a late lunch when most other places had already closed for the day, we were the only ones there but saw a couple people get to go orders. They had a large covered area with picnic tables with buckets for the empty crawfish shells. We tried the "combo" (which came with 2 lbs crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage) to get a taste of their flavor. We did ask for no sausage in it and they said they would just sub corn or potatoes for it, but then didn't which was disappointing. However, the flavor and spice was perfect for us; lots of garlic! Lots of BIG ones too! We liked It enough that before we left Belton we went back and got 5 lbs of just crawfish to go to eat at home; unfortunately the 5 pounds we brought home were not as spicy and flavorful as the 1st batch we got; but we still really enjoyed it and it was a great value- the price per pound was less than anywhere else I've been in a while. We would definitely come back here if we pass through Belton again!

I ordered the chicken fajita tacos with augua de Jamaica, and my taste buds are blown. You get four tacos with fresh ingredients, made to order. There are options to dine at the picnic tables or take your food to go, and they also use Uber Eats. The parking lot is very very full, but with good reason. The food is delicious, and the owner is a sweet heart. I can't wait to try more of their menu.
