I politely informed her that until the music gets turned down, I will not attend. My husband died May 23, 2024 ,and I had to have a stranger give the service at his funeral because I was so soured by the treatment I received, and I gave up with churches. The owner, Dana, is truly a kind and caring person. She handled some Covid situations, which were unavoidable in any business, with extreme tact and professionalism. She showed clear consideration for all students, parents and teachers. I brought my concerns to her and she listened patiently and responded fairly. I had to make sure and leave a review after seeing that one disgruntled person has made an attempt to disparage Dana-- and for some reason Yelp considers that review the only valid one. We reached out and explained our situation before we applied, saying our daughter needed extra attention and they said they were more than happy to oblige. Within 3 days of enrollment we received a call from the principal that they were not able to accommodate us and that we would have to withdraw our 4 year old from the school. It's an absolute shame to see the kind of steps backward that was taken, the lack of communication that has been displayed from the few faculty members we met. The teacher barely gave notice to us at the meetup. We were dismissed almost instantly. As a black man I can't help but see discrimination at play once our kid was seen. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

I was referred by a friend to check out Premier Academy for my 4 month old. I went a looked at two…read moreothers before Premier Academy and was completely terrified! Premier Academy has wonderful staff who made me feel like my daughter would be well taken care of. They also have the Tadpoles app where they send you pictures throughout the day which is the number one thing I love most, honestly! Seeing my babe in a great mood and smiling while I am at work feels great! All of the teachers I have met are the sweetest and seem to really enjoy their job which is also very comforting. I don't plan on leaving this daycare as long as I need it!
