The small class sizes at Montessori Academy of West Omaha allow for my daughter to receive direct, specialized instruction. Their swim facilities are clean and forehead temperatures are taken before you are allowed to enter their building. Parking is challenging when parents are picking up or dropping off students. I've been raised on public school educational offerings and understand why this institution has been around since the late 1800's and why parents would consider this college preparatory school over public school education in Omaha, regardless of annual tuition costs.

Each session is filled with a variety of different activities -- songs, stories, crafts, outdoor and indoor play, etc. The staff is very professional and kids that need a little help adjusting are given extra hugs and attention. My 2 year old is currently enrolled and she lives it -- she has learned so much. (she also breaks out into spontaneous songs at home -- they do a lot of singing there) Westwood MDO really honors each child and I have no hesitation recommending this program.
