My daughter would just cry constantly and she never settled in there. Most of the time when I walked in, the staff were either huddled together chatting or on their phones leaning up against a wall. One time I came to pick her up and the other kids were sleeping and my daughter, who was 2, was out in a crib. She was shaking the bars and crying. The staff acted like they didn't care, which they probably didn't. TV was always on. A couple staff members barely spoke English. I have no problem with speaking another language, but my kid only understands English and needs to be able to effectively communicate. Basically if you want to pay for a daycare that does the bare minimum, like feeding them and maintaining overall safety, and do not care about your child receiving enrichment or attention of any sort, then by all means send your child here. Willow Tree needs to be shut down.

From the start, the management and staff have treated us with warmth, kindness, and empathy. The biggest difference here is the genuine care from the management--they truly invest in the growth and well-being of our children. They take the time to get to know each child and always support their development in meaningful ways. Any issues we've had have been addressed quickly and professionally. The infant staff is the best in West Omaha--they go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and fun environment for our little one. Now that my son is in pre-K, he's enjoying new and engaging activities that are tailored to his needs, keeping him both challenged and excited to learn. Thursday of the…read moresecond week I pulled her out because of some negligent related things I witnessed that followed her coming home with many unexplained bruises (longer story on the other location's review) that my daughter later old me was from bullying. Anyways, I called this location because the director of the second location wouldn't meet with me in person bc she didn't want to come in 10 minutes early and I couldn't make any other time because of my work schedule. This director, at first seemed nice and understanding and said she'd get back to me. Anyways, she never called me back and two weeks later just emailed me a very short and detached generic message that went something like 'Jenn told me (daughter) is no longer attending Hamilton Heights. I'm sorry to hear that. Would you like to remove her from out waiting list?' I was shocked. I ended up telling her that I'm appalled at how how their handled reports of abuse and/or neglect and if they won't do anything to figure out what happened and discipline their employees then I'd be forced to report them to someone higher. At that point she ghosted me and is longer responding. Basically, I'll be reporting them to CPS if they don't get back to me in a couple days with more than 'adjustment issues' being the explanation because she's been watching by other and in daycare since 11 months and has never acted like that before and is still recovering and often bring up how "teachers mean" and "friends push me".
