The service is really fast. They have the printer that I need (which is a printer that has the ability to print 11x17). I had to print 12 sheets and it costs just under $5. To be honest, I never really thought that it would cost so low and very affordable (especially for students like me). I will be going to this place as much as possible (or when I need to print 11x17 sheets which is very likely to happen) because the prices are affordable.

What's good about them is that they offer free delivery to labs around UofT (not residential addresses) and that's always a nice service to have. Everything is done online for ordering they DO NOT allow walk ins, everything must be done through their website. You upload your .pdf, then they mail you a proof and will continue to email you throughout the printing process from you agreeing that your proof looks fine, to them printing your poster, to them having charged your credit card. Why I'm knocking a star off is because when I went to pick up my poster, I was in a rush and instead of the lady in the small cramped printing room helping me check out as fast as possible, she instead ignored me and talked to her co-worker in either Mandarin or Cantonese to fix a problem she had on the computer rather than show me my poster and get my credit card processed. I'll probably try the TLAC to get my next poster printed or TPH.

The girl who helped me paid great attention to detail and made sure my items came out exactly the way they were supposed to.
