I called and spoke to UQBA, Sales Consultant and she said they could do anything and in the sameday. I live in Unionville and hadn't been in the shops above T & T at 8339 Kennedy before. But what I found was impressing. The company does graphic design and creative ideas for everything! I chose t-shirts that were made within 30 minutes. Creative genius! I would highly recommend Art Creatif not only because of all the creative solutions they do sameday - but because UQBA, Sales Consultant was personable, positive and wanted to create something special even if it was a small job. Any graphic project -- they can do! Cari

I own a small construction company and decided to contact PhaseTwo to have vehicle lettering installed. I was impressed by Sarah at PhaseTwo, she was prompt, knowledgable, and easy to work with; I decided to have the work completed. I was shocked to see the workmanship on my vehicle! An amateur at best could have done the work better. Vehicle lettering was cooked, logos were not level, portions of the wrap were peeling off, and wrinkle marks were present. I was not impressed! The owner Leo, who I believe did the installation. Attempted to pay for breakfast while he fixed the work. I was ashamed to even have this discussion because I didn't understand how he could fix the work without replacing it entirely. I later declined his offer, requested that he redo the entire installation correctly. A few days later Leo had a somewhat professional installer complete the work. This time around it was done to a certain level of satisfaction, however, minor details were lacking. The letter "i" in paints was missing, so it read "pants", the rear wiper blade was installed slightly vertically, and corners of my rear window wrap were slightly peeling. Leo, fixed the misspelling. He wasn't able to fix the rear wiper because he didn't have the tool for it. I wound up taking it to Canadian Tire and paid out of pocket. Leo advised to leave the peeling corners alone and over time they would stick; tired of problems, I took his word and left. A few months later, the corners and other parts of my rear vehicle lettering started to peel. Certain areas are wrinkled as well. I sent Leo an email regarding this. After avoiding me like the plague, I was finally able to reach him. He was unable to provide a solution and kept fishing for excuses to avoid fixing the problem. Frustrated with everything, I told Leo off and requested copies of my graphics so I can get work done with a company who is familiar with vehicle lettering. Long story short. PhaseTwo is most likely a good graphics provider, however, they have their hands in things they are not yet familiar with, an example would be vehicle lettering. I would be cautious with having them do any work without seeing the actual work they have completed. We were hoping to have them build a brand for us over the next few years, instead Leo screwed us over and used us as a guinea pig. They are a total waste of our time and company money. I would not use or recommend PhaseTwo Graphics to anyone.

Luckily, my phone is still under warranty and a replacement phone would come to me in exchange for my defective phone. Yay! To return the phone, I received a shipping label and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) letter in an e-mail as PDFs. I needed to print them both out. Here's a weird dilemma during this pandemic. I normally print things out at work. The office has been closed since this pandemic started. I have a printer at home, but getting an ink cartridge to print out two forms seemed ridiculous and a waste of money. Instead, I looked up local print shops that offer printing services and found Print Three. This one is located west of Woodbine Avenue, on the north side of John Street. It's roughly a fifteen-minute drive from my home. The best part for me was submitting my two PDFs online and specifying when I needed them by. It was seamless and straightforward. I got a job number that I had submitted late at night. The following morning, I received an e-mail saying that my printouts were ready. I was advised that there is a minimum charge of $3. I didn't mind it, compared to getting a brand new ink cartridge. I was happy with the pricing and swung by after getting my car serviced. There was plenty of parking in front of this business. I backed into a spot and walked in. A bunch of trophies greeted me. It was unexpected, but cool. I spoke to a woman who had the printouts. Even though I had requested one of each, she printed two of each document. Cool! If you pay by cash, it's $3 without any tax. Since I didn't have any cash on me, I used the payment machine. You do have to pay tax using it. I was good with it. It came out to $3.39. I tapped with my debit card and was done. The printouts were great and of decent quality. The paper quality was great. Smooth. It was a bit heavier in weight than expected. I placed the RMA in a padded envelope with my phone in its original box. I then taped the label to the envelope. UPS scanned the label yesterday without a hitch. It was great. Folks here were helpful and friendly. It was a great find. I appreciated how seamless it was to submit whatever I needed printed. It was done efficiently and on time. (303)
