You drop off the film to develop, and he takes down your name, number and quotes a price. There's a price for only digital and a price for both digital and print. The prices varies as he checks the negatives and only develops the films that come out (ie overexposed or black film cells don't get developed or charged). He then texts you when it's ready, you can pay via e-transfer and he emails a download link with the developed photos. I took in my design on a USB and they were really great at translating the digital into Print exactly the way I wanted it.
