I realized that the first design I sent had a typo so I sent another one a few minutes later and asked them to disregard the first, they confirmed they would be sure to use the second design. When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo.

My manager is a busy man and is on the road quite often so obviously he wasn't here. A considerate person would call in advance to made an appointment. When I told Avi that my manager is not in the shop very often and it's better to call him on his cell as he's on the road a lot, he spoke to me very condescendingly and asked if my manager never comes to the company, to which I replied that he does but leaves by 10:30am. He proceeds to very rudely tell me that I can tell my manager that he (Avi) stopped by to look for him. I understand that it can be frustrating to follow up with prospective client who is hard to reach but there was no need to be rude and condescending to others. One of my company's owners was in her room and overheard the conversation and it has left a very bad impression. The reviews to this company are top notch and pictures of completed works no doubt show that Sign Source is very good at what they do, but the poor attitude is just so off-putting and uncalled for.

He knew the exact questions to ask (it was a fun questionnaire he had me fill out) and really understood my needs.
