They were punctual, professional, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. The activities were so well thought out. They ended the visit by singing Happy Birthday, which was the perfect touch. All of our guests were so impressed. So this was a very confusing and negative experience. The packages are listed as "Activities…read moreinclude" but found out afterwards that those are just examples and the princess is just a "guest" that you would have to manage. There was no communication from the princess when they arrived about any planning so we paid for them to just sit at the table the majority of the time. We messaged the OC Royalty after in confusion and were told it was not their problem. That the princess was not the host. The website is confusing because it lists each package with more "activities" (which are just EXAMPLES) so we thought we would be getting more. That is NOT the case unless you plan it out. TLDR: Do not expect any "activities" to occur unless you are managing the person coming. They will not do anything unless they are told. Would not recommend this service.

I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well. All the kids enjoyed her balloon creations and face painting. She even labeled the animals with each child's name to prevent someone else from taking them. I love twist and shout events!
