They have so many flowers and shrubs - I wasn't able to resist getting a beautiful hibiscus plant that reminded me of my Caribbean childhood. The staff was extremely knowledgeable - helped me plan my containers in such a way as to prevent overcrowding, helped me with soil selection and volume and the specifics of caring for my hibiscus. They carried everything to my car for me and packed the soil into my trunk. Any place that has dedicated parking always gets an extra point from me. They accept cards. I've been to their plant shop at least twice now and have purchased five plants from them. On my most recent visit, I picked up a Swiss Cheese Plant and a Crispy Wave Fern Plant. They have a decent selection of plants, along with other trinkets, merch, and plant care items. One of my favorite bigger plants I've purchased is the Pink Princess Philodendron. I've wanted this plant since the pandemic, and when I saw on social media that they had it, I traveled to their location to grab it! During the pandemic, this plant was in high demand and overpriced everywhere else, but at Plant & People, I felt the price for its size was reasonable. She's been with me for several months now and is thriving! I'm still learning how to be a plant mom and need help with repotting a few of my plants--which they also offer as a service.
