When they handed my hubby his club sandwich in a small plastic box, he looked like a child receiving socks and underwear on Christmas morning! I wish we would have chose to eaten elsewhere. Everything else was a nice experience but for us a "Captain's Club fail" on the concession food. Nice places to sit, relax, rest or charge a device though. We also appreciated the upscale trailer restrooms for use, over the porta-johns.

Great spot to take brand new players and kids. No time pressure, no dress code. No one will bristle at golf etiquette mistakes. But you'll probably only be hitting irons. Driving range attached. It's about as low stakes as you can get for 9 holes. Greens aren't great but a pretty decent place to learn to putt. Slow, nothing tricky, breaks the way you think it will. Bunkers are patches of sand with some tall grass weeds, but the greens are pretty big and you're usually hitting a 7 iron so it's fine. All I all I like it but it's not a place I'd score, which again makes it great for learners.

We all got golf carts, but the 9 holes that we played were very walkable. It was like an executive quick course that was worked very well for our 6 to 7 teams that we had. They kept the kitchen open for us to order food after we played. The drinks at the bar were nice and strong, loved the kahlua and coffee! They had a good beer special, and the food was pretty good. The prices were very competitive to other courses. They even gave away a hat and another 9 holes of golf for a foursome!

Expect to have your cooler inspected at the beginning of each 9 holes. You are allowed a bottle of water on a hot day. All else must be purchased from the course. The kicker: Glass bottles. They serve beer in glass bottles to take out on the course. If you want to bring beer, bring an empty cooler with ice and a bottle of water, and put bottles in your golf bag. Swap them into the cooler on the course. Also, we were badgered a couple of times that we were holding up hole 1. We were playing hole 4 and there was nobody behind us on hole 3.
