I have golfed here many times over the past few years and heard great things about their wedding receptions, so knew that it would also be a great choice for a baby shower with friends and family. We booked our date about four months in advance and worked closely with the event coordinator, Róisín Daly who was outstanding throughout the entire process from start to finish. She provided a thorough checklist of how to prepare for the event, along with the materials they provide and anything additional we would bring. On the day of our shower, Róisín, Jennifer and Martin were all available to help us set up and ensure that the serving staff followed the timing of our schedule. The Gallery room was the perfect size for 60 of our guests, offering scenic views of the 1st and 10th holes of the golf course. Everyone raved about the presentation and quality of the food, from the appetizers to the beautifully plated main course. Following dessert, we had a couple hours to play some games, mingle, and enjoy ourselves. Our experience was truly seamless, with great communication from Róisín and a perfectly executed event by their entire staff. Our guests had a wonderful time and the feedback was extremely positive. After our first meeting, we knew we wanted to move ahead with booking. They are very organized and gave us a folder to walk through all components of the booking process. The wedding food tasting went well and on our wedding day, it tasted just like I remembered! Their food choices are extensive. They offer both plated meals as well as family style. We chose family style so we could try multiple options. Jessica was our wedding coordinator, and she was great. She was very responsive to emails. (That was the easiest way to communicate with her). Our day of coordinator was Jessenia, and she was great too. She ensured the room was set up to our liking and kept us organized. I also want to recognize the day of banquet staff, Serrano, Danielle, and Jon, for being amazing too. Nice selection of drinks from the cart gals. Bartenders and servers are great, and the food is pretty good. Golf staff are great. My son (now 20) took lessons at the Academy as a kid and the lessons were worth every penny. If you are on the fence about this place because of the cost (it's not cheap)- it's worth it. They offer both a 9 and 18 hole course which is challenging and fun whichever you choose. They also have a driving range to practice your swings prior to hitting the course. I like the fact that they have a separate areas for chipping and putting. The course has a great drainage system that is manufactured by Toro and it's always well maintained. You can get a discount on tee time if you are either a resident or you sign up for their membership pass. After 4 visits, you already recoup the price you paid for the pass.

The grounds were beautiful and it was the most perfect weather! Being from Wheaton, I had no idea this gem was right around the corner! Shower went great and the staff was attentive. Only complaint was it seemed by the time the middle crowd got up to get brunch, pickings were slim and food had been picked through or cleared out! By the time they had replaced the empty bins, the "shower" portion was beginning and I think guests felt like they shouldn't go up and get seconds or in some case firsts! I believe beginners as well as seasoned players can enjoy the challenges that this course brings. The "Tented Pavilion" that the concert was held in was, simply put, very beautiful, large open air design, with a state of the art heating, cooling and lighting system. When I drive by on county farm road on a regular basis, I rarely ever see people playing the course, I guess others recognize Klein Creek Golf Club shortcomings. So we never stayed to eat!
