(Eventhough it was his day off) Not only is he knowledgeable about the pool but you can tell he's kind, humble, honest and a great teacher. That became very clear to me this summer. After picking up on a few too many red flags with our previous pool guy, I went looking for someone who actually knew what they were doing. That's how I found Michael. He called me back right away and came out quickly. Within minutes of inspecting the equipment, he found multiple issues--including one major electrical safety problem that could have seriously harmed my kids. No one had ever caught it before. Since then, I've had several other licensed specialists out (leak detection, electricians, etc.), and every single one of them confirmed what Michael found. Beyond the technical side, he's exactly the kind of person you want working on something as important as a pool: consistent, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He shows up when he says he will and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. Finding someone competent shouldn't be this hard, but I'm glad we eventually crossed paths with Michael.
