Will is a good communicator and has an amazing array of skills which emanate from his Education and Experience. Preface: I live in a 47yr old home that is almost entirely original. When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most certainly use Will's skills (had to say it) repeatedly for this original 47yr old house.

The office manager came up to me out of the blue and begin asking questions on what I needed the printer to do, what price range I was working at, and finally how often would I use the printer and in what location of the house. It finally clicked that I wanted an inexpensive printer that could survive in my basement area and that since I did not use it very frequently it would be better to buy a laser jet with dry ink that would be easier to maintain in my environment. Steve (the manager) suggested a brother printer that was both inexpensive for a LaserJet with great brand loyalty behind it. He volunteered that he also did not use a printer at home except for the tax season. Steve helped me bundle up the brother print for $120.00 (can you beat that). And helped me through checkout line and delivered the printer to my car outside. How cool is that. I offered a well deserved tip be he refused it saying that a review of his company and services would be reward enough. So here it is Steve. I needed the past five years' worth of State and Federal returns in fewer than five days. TurboTax was loaded on my hard drive. I could pull up the returns and look at them, but print a copy--no. I was stuck in an endless hell-loop and could not get out. I looked up Yelp's 2018 list of the Ten Best IT/Computer Repair businesses and Helsys Technologies had the highest rating. So I called. No one answered, so I started looking at the other businesses on the list. But three minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brandon from Helsys Technologies! He had called back using caller ID. I was thrilled that he could come out in just an hour or so. And did. He had the problem fixed in just a few minutes. And fixed another little security issue I'd been unaware of. Incredible! A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly.
