We're very glad we did! The location is extremely convenient, and the apartment manager, Baeron, is very friendly and willing to show you whatever empty apartments he has at the moment. When we arrived he was doing maintenance on the driveways and parking, which let us know right off we had active staff on the property! At Westbury you have a choice between a two bedroom apartment or a one bedroom, on the ground floor or second floor. You can also choose whether or not you face the communal green in the center (keep pets off the green so nobody has to worry about poop) or facing the parking lots. Apartments facing the lots (which are shaded by trees) may be able to snag an apartment with a fireplace for about $10 extra per month. If you have pets, you can have up to 3, and each pet is an extra $10 added to your rent per month. They don't mind if you have large dogs! The apartments are very spacious. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ones my husband and I looked at were just over 1,000 square feet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and one of the bathrooms, and the second bedroom has a large closet with a sliding door. The second bathroom is just off the hallway (yes, these apartments are so large they have actual hallways!). The apartment's trim is in white, and the walls are a muted cream. The floors are a beige carpet kept in impeccable condition, with faux wood flooring in the dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. We cannot wait to move here!

The staff are friendly, knowledgable and made the leasing process incredibly stress free -if you've rented before you know how rare that can be. We moved from out of state and were able to handle everything seamlessly via zoom and email. Now to get into the complex itself. It is a 3 story building so you cannot be disillusioned to the noise of neighbors walking about if you have someone above you (you will never not hear a neighbor or two in any apartment complex). However the other tenants seem to abide by the 10pm quiet hours and we've yet to have a problem. It is in fact a lot quieter through the walls than any previously place I've rented. The dog parks are very spacious and pet owners clean up after their dogs. Some may consider the rent "high" for the area but given the amenities I think its well worth it ! We use the movie theater frequently as well as the TWO gyms and large pool, when you add up the cost of movie trips, gym memberships and so on (in my opinion) it justifies the price. They also have a night attendant so you're able to use all amenities until 10pm. The only "con" is the lack of parking occasionally and you sometimes have to walk a ways to get to your building if you don't want to pay for a garage, but new parking passes will hopefully fix this ! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and skillfully, while I don't love the quarterly apartment walk throughs I do appreciate that they ensure no neighbors are living in conditions that would attract pests or other unwelcome things. Kitchens are large and unlike anything else you will find in Conway with loads of storage and a HUGE fridge (a rarity in apartment living). As a final mention that was a concern to me -yes they are still finishing building but NO, you do not hear any noise from construction ! They also have a new bonus for referring friends and family ! Overall I give FBC a 9/10.

The apartment itself was in really good condition and very nice, and in a great neighborhood (wish i still lived in the neighborhood). Something rare that they had was someone in charge at their office that could actually make decisions, alter contracts and generally get things done. I'm appreciative that they had this at their office. Normally, there are only hired office people around that can't make any decision or get anything done. With Rush-Hal actually having one of the owners working at the office, it was possible to actually get decisions from a person and not just have blanket rules that the office people have to follow. My experience with Rush-Hal was good, that's about all that I can say.

I always see reviews of apartments where people are mad about not getting a deposit back, so I would just like to confirm that even though my roommate did have a dog, we did still get a good amount of our deposit back.
