Such a fun place for all ages!! You could spend hours here!!!!…read more Removed a star because there's no price break for adults/kids and it's full cost no matter what. I did appreciate being able to upgrade my hour to a full day though! Super spacious. You can't bring in any food or drinks, as they want you to purchase their stuff - so keep that in mind. Would love to do a birthday here in the future.

Very overpriced and poorly managed party experience. I would not book a party here again! & from…read moreone parent to another...Save Your Money Mom & Dad! I paid over $350 for a party reservation, and in reality I barely received an hour of actual room time. Our reservation was from 2:00-5:00 PM, but when I arrived they told me and my guests the room still needed to be prepared. We were standing around until 3:23 PM before we could even enter the room, and then they told us we had to be completely out by 4:00 PM. That is completely unacceptable when you've reserved and paid in advance. Communication with the business is also very difficult. If you try to call to ask questions about your reservation, it's impossible to speak to someone directly. Most communication is handled through text messages, which makes it frustrating to get clarification on important details. They advertise a "party assistant," but in reality that person is helping multiple parties at once, so there really isn't any meaningful assistance. I also brought balloons for my son's themed party, but because we had to wait so long for the room to be ready, I did not have time to decorate. The food service was also disappointing. Our pizzas took about 20-25 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about them, I was met with attitude and told "we're really busy, someone will take it once it's ready." If you have a reserved party, food should be prepared and prioritized so it doesn't cut into the limited party time. Also, the pizza portions are misleading. I received two medium pizzas that they label as "large." Also I previously added more pizzas to our party that were not brought out. So of course all my kiddos ate but the adults didn't. Another issue was the guest list and charges. I had already accounted for the kids on my guest list, but they re-added some of those same kids and tried to charge me additional fees. Make sure to triple-check your guest list and final bill at the end of your "hour" party. They even charged for my pregnant guests, which is ridiculous considering they obviously weren't using the play equipment. Overall, the entire experience felt like a huge rip-off. Between the high price, the delayed room access, rushed party time, lack of real assistance, slow food service, added charges, and difficulty communicating with staff, it was extremely disappointing. For a kids birthday party venue and indoor playground that charges hundreds of dollars for a birthday party package, families should expect much better organization and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid.

My daughter had so much fun & the price is reasonable. There are about 5 tables in the center. "Little Land" is a toddler area for ages 4 and under. There's also a candy shop and snack bar. The restrooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly. In the largest stall, there's a baby changing station, diaper pail, and even a kid sized toilet! We loved our experience here and will definitely return. Tips: bring grip socks (if you have them); they're required for the little ones. Sign the waiver online before you arrive to save time. You can purchase your ticket online; the website shows how many tickets are sold at designated time frames. This helps you get a better idea of how crowded it may be!

Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.

A Parent's Dream Spot!…read more Mama Bear Play Café is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The play area is spotless, safe, and packed with creative activities that keep kids entertained for hours. The space is designed so thoughtfully--you can tell it was created by someone who truly understands kids and parents. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home. My kiddos leaves happy (and ready for a nap!) every time. If you're looking for a clean, fun, and relaxing place for kids to play while you recharge, Mama Bears Play Café is it. We're already planning our next visit!

I explained that I had recently moved to the area and that my ID was still from out of state, but she made me feel as if I were lying or trying to cheat the system. What hurt the most was seeing another person come in right after me with the exact same pass--yet they weren't asked to show any ID or questioned at all. As a Hispanic parent, I couldn't help but feel that I was being singled out and treated differently because of how I look. This wasn't just rude--it felt discriminatory. I came to enjoy time with my child and instead left feeling embarrassed, judged, and completely unwelcome. A place meant for children and families should be inclusive and respectful to everyone, and that was absolutely not my experience here.

It was a very last minute booking as we didn't expect poor weather and had to come up with something quick. Booking online was a breeze! When we came in, they had a sign up front wishing all the kiddos having parties that day a happy birthday which was very sweet. I didn't expect them to be so busy on a Sunday afternoon, but my guess is the weather had a lot to do with it. The small room is wayyyy in the back of the playground, but easy to access for the little ones who were in and out. The room was a decent size for the kiddos, however they only had a handful of tall uncomfortable metal stools for adults. We were able to bring in our own decor and food which was nice. However, having only 15 minutes to set up was unfortunate. We had to rush to get everything set up before guests arrived. It would be nice if the party times were a little more spaced out for cleaning/set up. The staff were super friendly and thankfully are on top of it for parties. I was a dingbat and forgot forks, a knife to cut cake with, and a lighter for the candle. But, they had it all on hand! Once our reservation ended, we were allowed to move onto the main floor and hang out for as long as we wanted, which was really nice. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm so glad we were able to have her party there.
