Highly recommend! We had a blast in Zoltar's room! In this escape room you take a Magical Tour in Breckenridge.. To find Zoltar Speaks, the fortune telling machine! Use the magical collection to help Zoltar gain back his items and his power, in hopes to get your fortune told and a prize! read more

We had a fun time in the Zoltar room. Boy did we have some challenges, but the hints ended up helping when we couldn't quite figure out the order of what we were doing wrong. We made it through with like 4 minutes to spare! The staff was fantastic/friendly and it was a nice space that definitely provided an additional fun activity when not out in the snow. Highly recommend! read more

Great time had by all our guide was phenomenal and the room was challenging and fun with a lot of quirky clues! It was Zoey's last day working there and she was a wonderful host read more

We did the avalanche escape room and really liked the puzzles. Steven was helpful at one point when we were slowing down and hadn't noticed something above us. We really liked the game! read more

I found this place in Breckinridge a few years back with my family and had so much fun. They have 3 different choices of escape rooms that are all pretty entertaining. My personal favorite (featured in the photo) was the avalanche survival cabin. Our game master was very kind and made sure that we had an amazing time there as well. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I felt that it wasn't as challenging as other escape rooms I have been to in the past. If you are looking for a real brain teaser then this wouldn't be my first choice. read more

OMG!!! SO much fun. We did the Sasquatch adventure. It was hard but so fun. We went with my nephew & his family. My 8 yo great nephew had a blast. Great way to spend an afternoon read more

My 7 year old daughter and I went to the Who-Dun-It Style Mystery dinner show and we loved it! It was interactive and family friendly. It got my kiddo thinking and challenged her social skills to ask and answer questions about who-dun-it! Highly recommend and would do it again! read more

I had never done an escape room before and this blew my expectations out of the water. Our "game master" John was FABULOUS! He gave us clues when we asked and never laughed at how dumb we were. Will be coming back to try the other rooms! read more

We visited Mountain Time Escape Rooms on Halloween so, of course, we chose the Paranormal Mystery. We met Ben, our wonderful guide, who gave us rules and directions for our adventure. After watching the back story video, Ben led us to our room and locked us in. We followed the 'Boogle' instructions to start our quest. After solving several fun puzzles, we completed our mission and sent the ghosts to the great beyond. The special effects were good and we enjoyed the spooky theme. The whole family had a great time! Next time we are in Break, we'd like to try the Find Sasquatch room. Highly recommend this for a good group time! read more

My family did two escape rooms while we were in town (Paranormal & Avalanche). Both were great although we preferred Avalanche. Paranormal was a fun and challenging escape room but did have some technical challenges and we were not able to "complete" the game even though the host running it confirmed we solved it correctly and even tried to help us get the system to accept our completion. Avalanche went smoother and we found a bit more fun which might have been partially due to our host (Holden?) as we really enjoyed our interactions with him along with the game itself. read more

This place was amazing!! My fiancé and I completed the Big Foot this evening and it was beyond what I expected. Their technology on how they incorporate each prop was beyond what I would have thought. Their set up and so intricate and active. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn't already done it or anyone looking for something fun to do. We plan on coming back to complete the cabin one and then in November for their newest escape room. Thank you for being so creative! read more

See all

excellent experience. we did the Sasquatch one with our family - 13,11,9 year old and it was PERFECT. Ranger Candice was wonderful!!!

After 4 straight days of skiing, we needed a rest day (is that sacrilege?!) and decided to try out the Avalanche Escape Room. It was super fun and our 10, 10, and 12-year-old kids all felt like they were contributing to solving the puzzles. We had to resort to a couple of hints, but eventually made it out. My kids wanted to do all the rooms, but alas, back to the slopes! read more

WHAT A FREAKIN BLAST!!!! So glad we stumbled upon this place while visiting Breck during the holidays. Booking was a breeze and they were extremely flexible on moving our booking back to another time. Larissa our host and her cute dog blaze were so so friendly and helpful. The four of us had never done an escape room before and she made the experience seamless. I highly recommend this room to anyone. We just made it out of the room with 4 minutes to spare! read more

Had a great time with a party of six. Ages ranged from 12 to 72. The customer service was fantastic, the instructions are really clear and this is a top-notch escape room. Everything was in great order, clean, and On the higher end of escape rooms that we have tried before. Really recommend this for a great family time. read more

If you want to do something fun in Breckenridge, try the Mountain Time Escape Room. We have been to escape rooms in Denver and Boca Raton, FL and this was by far the best experience. Set in a mountain cabin after an avalanche, the goal is to figure out how to get rescued. We had a lot of fun solving the clues and successfully being rescued with 18 minutes left. The faux cabin is very nicely decorated and configured. Professionally done. We will very likely try one of the other local escape options as a result of our experience here. Give it a try! read more

Super fun themed escape room. It was my boyfriend's and my first time doing an escape room. The ladies who I booked with were kind and understanding and the woman who explained the escape room rules was super nice. Would love to have seen what the other themed rooms were like. read more

Liked the originality of this escape room, with the interaction throughout, meaning the room itself interacts with you. This gave it a uniqueness to other rooms we've done in the past. Escape rooms can be tough for large groups, and we had 11 people. The reason for only three stars as we didn't think it was as challenging as some other rooms we've done, and there are no half star options or this would be 3 1/2. We were out in lots of time, as we finished in under 35 minutes. Fun but not as difficult as I would have liked. read more

Was super fun. Some escape room experienced folk and a couple of newbies. 5 total and very doable although the Sasquatch room stretched us a bit. Very satisfying and one of our favorites. We would love to do another room with this company. More puzzles than math. read more

We had so much fun doing this tonight. We had 10 people and all felt like we were busy the whole time. The room was really interactive and required a lot of different types of puzzle solving. Highly recommend checking this out! read more

We are a family of 4 (adults and teens); this was our fourth or fifth escape room, and possibly our favorite. Clues were challenging but not daunting. The audio/video was unique and some of the puzzles were, in our experience, very creative/innovative/surprising. There weren't many red herrings, thankfully. Hostess Reba was charming and accommodating. Come early for some coffee and hot chocolate. Highly recommend. This escape room is on the south side of town (south of Park Avenue, north of Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge). We had dinner (and breakfast) next door at BoLD - it was excellent and is a convenient pairing with the escape room. There is another escape room on the west side - don't confuse the two! read more

We have done a lot of escape rooms and I have to say these two rooms were very unique and well done. Challenging but I think still doable for beginners. Recommend highly. Super fun! read more

I had a great time with my friends today. Dan was our person helping us and he was so cool and funny. I would 10/10 recommend :)

A fun mix of simple puzzles and technology. Also great use of the radio for clues. The room is thematically very well thought out. Don't be intimidated! With a good level of creativity and teamwork you can escape! Also! They have brilliantly partnered with the cheese store adjacent to them and the winery across the walkway. So you can pair creativity with wine and cheese for a winning and romantic combination. I love when small businesses come together to help each other out. read more

This game has an impressive, spacious and sturdy build out that makes you feel right at home in Breckenridge - you've finally arrived at your getaway cabin! When things go bad, you and your team have to get resourceful to call for help and communicate your location (we made it with 6 or 7 minutes to spare). A really fun, creative game! read more

Very fun and challenging! The puzzles were extremely creative. The setting was authentic. Store host was very friendly and helpful throughout the challenge. A+ experience. Hot chocolate and coffee were complimentary upon completion. read more

Super friendly staff!! We did the goats escape room, it was sort of difficult but pretty fun. We basically took the total amount of time to finish the room. The man we had helping us was great! Overall it was a perfect experience! read more

This.was.FANTASTIC! We are in Breck during the off-season, so we got our escape all to ourselves. Drove over from Vail for the day to do the escape room and Crepes A La Carte of course. The Sasquatch adventure was so fun, and this was the best production value we've ever seen in an escape room!! I only wish the owner would have thought to have us grab a couple of props for our photo since she didn't have signs. We got a picture of Sasquatch!! read more

Absolutely awesome, locally owned business! On a whim while visiting Breckenridge we decided to book an escape room adventure. I've done a couple before (one on the higher-end, shiny side, and one on the lower end more puzzle-focused side) and this one tops the others hands down. I was worried that my wife wouldn't enjoy the experience as she's been a bit reluctant to try an escape room with me. To my pleasant surprise she had a blast. What's so good about it? Well... - The host (Reba for us) was outstanding, with just the right amount of friendly roleplay and kitsch to help us lean into the scenario. Her hints were also great without causing us to immediately know the answer. - The production value of the rooms was stellar. You'll find some of the escape room cliches, but also some new and fun ideas. - The scenario! They actually went and took video of Boreas in the winter to use in their rooms. Very cool. Overall I'd highly recommend it. We're excited to come back again once they've opened up their new space. From what Reba was telling us the new room should be pretty cool! read more

We had a great time doing the avalanche cabin escape room! Would definitely recommend, staff was very friendly.

So much fun and perfect for 4 people. Love the use of technology and sound effects, excited for the new one to open across the complex!! It was challenging, yet do-able unlike some other rooms I have been to. The dogs are adorable:) read more

We did the Avalanche Cabin room while on vacation and it was extremely fun and very challenging

My family went here for our first escape room experience this weekend and we couldn't have been happier! The cabin was setup really well, the puzzle and clues were challenging, the staff was great, and we made it out with 1 minute to spare (ok, so we needed a few hints). The life-like video footage and audio added to the real feel of the situation. My kids both say that it was the highlight of our vacation! read more

We were in Breck for our bi-annual extended family vacation. We needed to find an activity for me, my MIL and the kids while the guys played golf. There were six of us ranging in age from 9-69 and this was the first escape room adventure for all of us. We had so much fun! Everyone was actively involved and played their part in solving the clues. I'm not going to lie, it was hard. I don't think some of the clues were solvable without hints but that didn't detract from the entertainment and the opportunity for us all to work together. read more

We absolutely loved it!! Foster was great and extremely helpful with clues without taking away the challenge of the puzzles. We will definitely be back!!! read more

This place was awesome! My family and I were able to all do this together, as there were six of us. We had all done an escape room before but this one was really cool! The audiovisual technology added a lot and it was so cool! And! we were able to escape! We are definitely coming back next year when they add another room! The staff was great, shout out to Reba. You are also in for a very sweet surprise if you escape. read more

The avalanche cabin was the best escape room I've ever done. They have a really top notch design that didn't drag and was still a challenge. I'm looking forward to doing another of their rooms sometime soon. read more

Great family time with helpful staff!! So fun to work out the problems as a family! Great memories! Thank you!

We were up in Breck for Labor Day and did the Sasquatch experience. Ranger Tawny was awesome and helpful, but not too much so that it made it too easy. We've done 3 escape rooms before this one and this one is our favorite so far. I'd highly recommend this for a great family activity. read more

Had a fantastic time while on a weekend getaway with my good friend. We walked into the office and managed to squeeze in a private session between the regular game times. What great customer service! We started with the Avalanche Cabin and loved it so much that we had to try Search for Sasquatch the next day. Our favorite turned out to be the Avalanche - such a well constructed scene and great puzzles. Be sure not to miss that one! read more
